First I'd like to say I never give reviews, but this time I'm making an exception.I started going to Chesterland Family Dental at the end of 2022 simply cause it's the only place I could find with hours that would accommodate my needs.Of course they were courteous and friendly as you would expect, but now after several years going there, you really feel welcomed by the entire staff.I've met with Dr. Jeff, Dr. Trudy, Dr. Brianne, multiple assistants (can't remember all their names) and they're all wonderful. I just met Haley the other day, she's new, and i think she's going to be a real gem. Jean and everyone upfront is awesome to deal with. Especially if you have any billing issues, they'll help get everything straightened out.Unfortunately, at the first of this year, they dropped my dental insurance.I understand sometimes business decisions need to be made and it doesn't always work out for everyone.However, instead of trying to search for a new dentist, I'm staying right here.Chesterland Family Dental is hands down the best dentist around.Yes, that means I will pay for everything out of my own pocket, but as far I'm concerned, it's money we'll spent.

The dental office and employees were very friendly and comfortable. Dr Jeff was wonderful. I broke a tooth. He gave me some options then told me exactly what was happening every step of the way and it made for a painless, no-stress visit. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly, and wonderful with kids. We have been going here the past two years for cleanings and a filling and have had a great experience with them. Highly recommend if you live in the Chesterland area!

My dentist retired and I had a hard time finding a new one that I was happy at and comfortable. Chesterland Family Dental made me feel comfortable from the first phone call and then the minute I walked in I knew I finally found the right place. They are friendly, patient, and very helpful. They make you feel like you should going to the dentist, safe and cared for. I'm so happy to have found them!

My 4 year old son and I just both had appointments, and it was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Dr. Jeff and Nikki were just incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone in the area to go here. I can only imagine that they all are fantastic! I’d give 100 stars if possible.
