WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE! I went to see a specialist on the top floor in May 2024 to address a chipped filling on one of my molars. The specialist told me I only needed a filling replacement. I also see Dr. Marc on the first floor for my routine dental care. When I first mentioned the chipped tooth to Dr. Marc back in May, his response was, "Are you in pain?" I wasn’t, so nothing further was done at the time. Now, fast forward to September 2024. I’m still not in any pain, but suddenly, I’m told I now need a crown, root canal, and additional work—all without new X-rays. They printed out a treatment plan with these recommendations, which felt excessive and unnecessary. This experience has left me feeling like the focus is more on making money than on genuinely caring for patients’ dental health. The whole situation feels untrustworthy, so I would strongly advise others to be cautious about going here.
