Aspen Dental - Mayfield Heights, OH

I experienced exceptional value and quality service on the part of the staff. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time but was able to quickly get an appointment for an emergency due to the empathetic and careful consideration of the staff. Everyone had the most wonderful presentation. I have a follow up with them soon. Never have I been so eager to return to the doctor's office! I rarely ever recommend a business, let alone within the healthcare space but this is certainly an exception and I have already begun telling family.

The moment I walked in the door, the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Each staff member was pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Not a fake or forced attitude, but genuinely pleasant. I would recommend them for your dental needs.

I almost didn't go to my appointment after reading the google reviews but I am glad I did. Everyone i came into contact with treated me with grace and top notch service today. I did not feel pressured to have any services done and I did not feel as if I was being pressured to spend unnecessary money. I was given the information of what I need with other option and given a choice to make with other alternatives. My experience was AMAZING. Once my work is completed; I will be going back for my follow ups. Thank you Aspen staff

I can't recommend this place to anyone. I sent my mom there because of the insurance coverage, just for a routine cleaning, and it turned into a nightmare. They totally took advantage of her as a new patient and tried to charge her as much as possible. They took a bunch of unnecessary imaging, including a panoramic xray, just to bill the insurance. Then they tried to sell her on this "third level of cleaning" that would cost her $1400 out of pocket. Luckily, she reached out to me about the charges. They wouldn't even do a regular cleaning that the insurance would cover, insisting she needed something different. I called her previous dentist to check, and they had never heard of those cleaning levels and confirmed she didn’t even needed a deep cleaning at all. ASPEN is a complete scam, overcharging and preying on older folks. I told my mom to get out of there immediately and never go back. It's really disappointing

Was very satisfied how I was treated really felt comfortable. Staff was very professional everything went very well. They took care of my every need why I give 5 Stars treated me like family .
