I have been going here for almost 2 years. All the staff that I had met were amazing prior to meeting the office manager. She is absolutely unprofessional and should not be working in the position she’s in.She took it upon herself to change the procedure that I was having without ever letting me know until I was sitting in the chair already getting the numbing gel and then I was asked to sign a paper agreeing to a Procedure that had never been mentioned to me and it was not what I was there to get. I mentioned that I was not there for that procedure and they sent the office manager in to tell me that she took it upon herself to change my procedure because in the past they have had issues with insurance paying for what I was initially there for. Although my insurance had never denied this procedure nor did she check. If I hadn’t questioned the paperwork that I was asked to sign. I would’ve had something done that I never agreed to. This is terrifying because there are many people who will not question the paperwork.

I have had nothing but good experiences since I started going to Wellsville Family dental almost 2 years ago. They greet you by name when you walk in the door (who does that anymore?!?!), and the staff is excellent. When I broke a molar recently, they were able to get me in quickly to assess if it could be saved. They not only saved it, but it was all completed in what I felt was in a very timely manner.

I had a great visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them. They go above and beyond to make sure your well taken care of.

I have been seeing dr C for about a year. I will say I have terrible anxiety and really out off going. He is extremely nice and personable. Very gentle, and explains everything. He made my teeth look brand new and I can’t thank him enough.
