The practice has evolved since my last visit many years ago. The front office staff are professional and courteous. The dentist is very kind and patient, and accommodating to the biggest dental "coward" he's faced in some time LOL Alyssa was so gentle and pleasant while doing a cleaning. Actually looking forward to going for my next regular visit. Thanks for the new crown and deep cleaning.

Was a little skeptical at first because it’s the dentist ya know… but this place is wonderful. The ladies are super friendly and welcoming. Dental hygienist was awesome. Very gentle and patient. The tv on the ceiling is a great touch 😊 Dr. F is great he was really nice and I understood just about everything he told me. Great experience at the dentist. 10/10

Very knowledgeable, professional and calm. State of the art, clean equipment and environment. Little tv on ceiling so you can watch getting work done. I have never seen that for patients and have been to a lot of dental offices since I was young and moved through life changes and now in my 60's. Very nice personnel at front desk, dental assistant, and Dr Filipino !

I had a tooth pulled yesterday afternoon. I am happy today. I have no pain today nor last night. Everything went very well for me. I would like to thank the dentist especially and anyone who was involved. Everything was excellent. I’ve never had such a good result.

They do not take patient concerns or complaints seriously. I was there about 5 or 6 times this year for cavities and crowns. I paid for their teeth whitening treatment before the crowns were put in so everything would match. They didn't allow me to pick out the color for the crowns. When they put the first two in, they were booger yellow. I was there so many times and did not want to go back again so I decided I would just live with it. Fast forward to when they put my third crown in. I told the woman multiple times that the bite felt off and it was uncomfortable. This is the same lady who picked out the yellow crown color. She seemed very annoyed like she was trying to rush to leave because I was the last patient of the day. She kept telling me that it looked fine and there was nothing wrong. Well I had severe pain for almost a week straight and ended up going back. A different dental assistant named Kristen who is absolutely fantastic and did my cavities before took care of me. She confirmed that my bite was off and also said there was a lot of debris left around my tooth from the last assistant so she filed it down. I tried to bring up my concerns at my next cleaning 2 months later and the doctor was extremely dismissive, saying it was my fault I didn't tell them immediately. They were supposed to call me after submitting to my insurance to replace the yellow crowns they gave me and they never did. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed that I paid 3k for crowns and fillings that don't match and they don't care to work with their patients to fix the situation.
