Had a great experience coming in here as a new patient. Very friendly and professional office. Dr Lin is very friendly and detailed and clearly explained the condition with my teeth. I’ve been to a previous dentist office that seemed very commercial and upsell, payment package, focused but this Dr Lin’s practice is private and just how I expect my dental visits to be. Very happy to have found them!

I was very nervous and my Anxiety was out the roof! Theres definitely GREAT communication in the clinic from the min I walked in the receptionist was the sweetest ! I made her aware of how I was feeling and The hygienist made me feel so comfortable, explained everything step by step and answered ALL my question he made my first experience so nice we started off by relaxing on a chair reclined back to watch a tour in Greece very nice! Then he explained step by step of what he was doing and what was going to happen next! You don’t understand how helpful that is! I thanked him for being so patient with all my anxiety and the Dr was so nice and patient as well! They didn’t make me feel like they had to hit a quota for the day! This is definitely my clinic!

Like many folks, I have a bit of anxiety around getting any dental work done. My experience with Dr. Lin and his staff was really phenomenal - he was both kind and gentle, while also explaining the root causes and potential solutions of some of the issues I've been experiencing both recently and throughout my life. Honestly, this was the most professional and helpful experience I've had at a dentist in my nearly 38 years of living. Of particular note, both Dr. Lin and his staff felt genuinely authentic and warm; it made the visit all the more disarming and relaxing. Highly recommend! :)

My husband and I recently moved from San Diego to San Marcos, and we were on the hunt for a great local dentist. After some research, we came across Sun Smile Dental Group, which had great reviews. We especially focused on the negative ones, and it was clear most of them were from years ago before the new doctors took over. So, we decided to give Dr. Lin a try, and wow, we’re so glad we did! From the start, the experience was seamless. They had us fill out forms before our appointment, and unlike other clinics, they actually used them! I can’t tell you how many times other places have made us fill out forms only to redo everything in the office. Big points for efficiency there! Plus, the receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. Now, onto Dr. Lin, he is AMAZING. He’s so patient and thorough, taking the time to explain every procedure he was about to do and why it was necessary. I felt completely at ease because he walked me through all the options for my dental issues, especially my hypersensitive teeth, which he handled with so much care. I can’t even put into words how much I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. This was just my first visit, but I’m beyond impressed. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

Dr. Lin is absolutely the best dentist. He’s always very patient and caring. I used to be scared to go to the dentist office, but with Dr. Lin and his team, this is no longer the case. They are warm and welcoming, and their office is always tidy and clean. Even with the smallest procedure like a teeth cleaning or something even smaller, Dr. Lin would explain every process and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the process. I wasn’t able to go to Dr. Lin for a year because my insurance change. It was a horrible year trying to find a good dentist and kept failing! I’m so glad that I’m finally back!
