Came to this Bright Now from another Bright Now and was promised better service. I will say that the dentists and their assistants at both locations were great. However, both office staffs were completely incompetent.First it took forever to be seen after the initial visit. I spoke to my insurance and they said it was approved but the secretary that always works here would say the opposite. Once I did get seen, in three appointments I was rescheduled by the staff three times. They have no one to do teeth cleaning. My temp fell out and broke on the first day.I’m now in the waiting room after getting bumped from a 1:00pm appointment to a 2:30. It’s now 3:20 and not even been checked in yet. Also, I have never seen another person in the waiting room. With that the scheduler cannot put together a decent schedule.Completely frustrating.

Dr. Parray and her staff are the best. I’ve been going to them for years and have left each time with a smile..literally. From emergency situations to routine the experiences have always been professional, timely and friendly. If I have a question, I ask it. If I have concerns, I address them; they’re always, and I mean every time, there to support. Did I mention they care?:). Dr. studies my mouth and makes sure it’s just right like I was her own family!! I have been to other dentistry offices and in my experience this one ranks on top for efficiency, care, interest and availability in a pinch. Thanks, all, very much! See you soon.

This office is about an hour from my home but I prefer driving all the way because I have always had a great experience with Dr Parray, Office Manager Patty and their entire team. Dr Parray explained the entire process and answered all the questions I had. The office manager explained about my out of pocket charges. I went back last week for my permanent crowns. Dr Parray was very patient and made sure that I was comfortable with the fitting. She spent a good amount of time in making sure the crowns fit well. I would definitely be going back for my future treatments.

I have been coming to Bright Now Dental for over 15 years. I wouldn't go any place else. I called for an appointment and was asked if I'd like to come in at 2:00 or 2:30 on the same day. The reception desk person was was very friendly, the very experienced dental assistant took x-rays and made me feel very comfortable. Finally, the dentist saw me and did a very professional job with very little discomfort, and I have one appointment to come back, and my dental work is complete. I would recommend this place to anyone in my family and friends.

Dr. Parray scarred me for life and caused me so many tears. This review is a long time coming, but I have finally made time to express my feelings about this terrible dentist and experience.I came to Bright Now with a minuscule chip on my front tooth, asking her to file it down. Instead, she said that was impossible and that a crown was necessary. I told her I knew someone who had a similar procedure done, but she argued with me. I am the patient not her. I am paying you to provide a service.She did not tell me how much of my tooth she would remove or explain the process at all. She did not walk me through what was about to happen. If she had told me she would remove my entire front tooth, I would have filed it myself, and I wish I had.I trusted her professionalism, but I regret it ever since. She removed almost my entire front tooth, which I will never get back. Many other dentists, after seeing before, during, and after photos, were shocked and appalled by what she did.This was a money grab, and she should be ashamed of herself. I hope she reads this because I want her to know how she affected my life. I cried for months and still do occasionally because I believe the crown is too large; I have had gum pain ever since, and it has been a couple of years.My tears don't just come because of my tooth, but for the fact that I felt misled, lied to, and completely taken advantage of. The crown is terrible and not nearly the color of my other teeth, which was pointed out by multiple other dentists.Honestly, I should have filed a lawsuit and a complaint against her for what she did to me and how she made me feel. I had to go to therapy for this. Dr.Parray mutilated a part of my body and it's left me in absolute disgust.She has an ethical duty as a dentist to provide for her patients, and unfortunately, that was not provided to me.
