You will receive poor care, you will overpay, and you will wish you went somewhere else. He's unprofessional, untrustworthy, and is the king of overpromising and underdelivering. RUN AWAY! I truly wish I had read more reviews before opting for this emergency dentist. I had a tooth break on Friday night of labor day weekend, my girlfriend found a emergency dentist who could take us that night. Sounded too good to be true is cliche, but I was desperate, we were leaving for a Italian vacation the following Thursday and the tooth was right in front and going to ruin all our photos. So we called and were seen around Midnight. I was asked to pay for all services upfront which I agreed to and Dr. Do misrepresented several key details in that conversation. Initially, I thought that taking an appointment at that time was a feather in his cap, but I would later find he prefers to intake on the weekends because the emergency clouds judgment. Desperate people are more likely to sign the waivers and authorization forms. I honestly don't know whether I'm more upset about receiving exuberant prices for sub standard work or just in his ability to communicate and his bed side manner. Be prepared to be confused and mislead about the treatment plan (whether that's intentional or just because he's a one man show I'm still not sure.) This man doesn't employee any support staff, he's the receptionist, he's the surgical aide, and the billing specialist. Even when you visit a normal dentist for a serious cavity they will have a aide cleaning and sucking the saliva and blood so the Dentist can perform well. The lack of aid lead to an unfavorable experience and a poor placement of my implant (which I paid $8k for), also be prepared to be blamed for his mistakes or if he's having difficulty completing the surgery. (Apparently I have a poor jaw, never had heard that from anyone else but that was a legitimate deflection by Do) Dr. Do is likely the only oral surgeon who doesn't believe in any support staff and will do an entire extraction alone un-aided. According to what I've read he should at minimum have a witness when performing this type of oral surgery both for his liability and the patients but that standard is not observed by the Dr and I'm working on contacting the dental board about this at bare minimum. I just went in today to finalize the procedure that was started 6 months ago. The visit stared with him kicking his computer several times because it wasn't on. When that didn't work he asked me to wait so he could clean another room. Then when that room was clean Dr Do raised his voice and claimed that I haven't been brushing my teeth and keeping the area clean (my normal dentist who I saw in January did state was going to be extremely difficult because of the wire and the way the temporary crown was fixed and that I was doing a good job) but when I pushed back and asked what I could be doing better he screamed at me. Based on his complete lack of decorum I let him know I didn't feel comfortable proceeding. I then requested all my medical records and copies of the xrays that I had paid for. That caused Dr. Do to scream at me to get out of his office to which I said I would when I got my x-rays, HE THEN CALLED 911 and requested cops come remove me. I'll be sending a formal letter to request my medical documentation via certified mail later today but this situation is likely to continue developing. I had to get a implant in college due to a accident and I can tell you that my experience 10 years ago vs my experience with Dr. Do was night and day. You cannot trust him with you money or your mouth. Now instead of getting quality care I'm entering into a legal battle. Please wait, go to someone else I implore you. UPDATE: He's Sexist and a bully adding text conversation sent to me just now. Review that text message and tell me if it's the sort of man you want to trust working on your smile.

My husband was hit in the mouth during a freak pinata accident on a Sunday. It turned out to be a complex case and we were so grateful to end up in this office. Dr Do is very experienced with emergency dentistry and took excellent care of him. He even checked in via text that evening and the next day. He truly cares and is a nice guy. Prices are fair and appropriate for the care he provides. A quote was given before he started the work. The office is very clean and comfortable. I sent his info to all my friends to keep for dental emergencies. We'd switch to his practice full time if he wasn't so far from our house. Thank you Dr Do for saving the day! Leah & Robert

As with others, I am sure Dr Do will troll my review. He gaslights anyone who doesnt fall lockstep with what he wants. I have choices in my situation. Dr Do was NOT ok with my choice. I gave Dr Do 2 stars because he does come in on the weekends and is willing to actually do the emergent work. The patient prior to me had a filling done. Im sure he felt relieved. Dr Do took 2 xrays and looked at the tooth. He showed me another patient's records (HIPAA violation) to prove that he does good implants. I need an extraction of a front tooth. I am set to have full restoration implants in 2 months. I am not interested in a new dentist. I have seen a specialist for 5 years. Dr Do told me my Maxillofacial surgeon and my Periodontist are "stupid" and that allowing Dr Do to place singular implants (I need 17 teeth replaced) was the only way to go for me. This is absolutely false and would cost about $50,000.00 more than what I am paying for full implants. To be clear, he showed me a $7000.00 quote for the 1 implant then gaslit me. I asked to just have the extraction and bone graft ($1700.00) because I am set to have surgery in 2 months. He gaslit me over and over and told me I was stupid. Very immature. I called for my husband and told him I felt like I was talking with a teenager. Then Dr Do got really mad. He gaslit my husband until I had a panic attack. If you need an extraction, just understand that, unless you want him to do an implant right then and there, he wont be ok with that.

The night before Halloween I completely knocked out my front tooth, and my other front tooth was knocked out half way. Peter came in on his day off the next morning and saved my two teeth. He is a perfectionist at what he does, and placed my teeth straighter then they were before. He was able to communicate with my Vietnamese speaking mother, but also spoke perfect English. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Do is not only an amazing dentist but also a kind and caring person. My grandson was in great pain and he needed emergency care at 9:00 at night on Saturday. Dr Do came to his RB office and worked on him until 11:30 pm. His work and attitude are commendable! I wish there were alot more dentist that took that much pride in their work. His compassion to his job and for helping people who are in pain and need relief is very noteworthy.Thank you again Dr. Do!!!!!!!
