DO NOT do your root canal with them (Dr. Kimberly McLachlan). I had a root canal that failed because of the work of their endodontist Dr. McLachlan (as I was told by two dentists and another endodontist) as she missed the end of the root. I tried to go back to them for a retreatment and they refused to have me see Dr. McLachlan. They had set up a consultation appointment with a dentist in the clinic who played off the seriousness of the issue. I asked repeatedly for them to take accountability and redo the root canal but they refused because the dentist from the consultation said that the "post is too high". I went to a dentist and he was willing to do it. How hard can it be if a general dentist is willing to do it but not an endodontist? Eventually I did it with another endodontist (to maximize the chance of success) who did a wonderful job and didn't complain for a second about the post's height being too tricky to operate. Please take accountability for your failed work and, at the very least, have the endodontist take a look and decide if she can do it or not since she's responsible for it. I asked multiple times to have the endodontist take a look at the X-rays before deciding to deny service but they wouldn't allow it. Also, yes there was rudeness in the front desk communication and they are a bit hard to get in touch with as they didn't return a phone call one time. Their text can get unprofessional and unkind. It's no way to treat your patients. Do better.

This place is not good, no wonder all the bad reviews. They tell you have a schedule appointment and can't honor their own schedule. I arrive 15 minutes early do paperwork and then have to wait 30 min and they don't update you until I asked and all they can say is sorry but we're a little behind. It instantly implies that their time is more valuable then yours and you are a customer and not a patient. I took of half my day at work and traveled on public transportation for over an hour just to have a rescheduled appointment. Disappointing to say the least.

They denied me a root canal after I was recommended to them by who was doing the original work at SDFC. Instead of giving me a much need root canal, he grinded down the cap on the bottom which was useless. He is so arrogant! After reviewing what others had to say, I think I lucked out to not get it done by these people! Here's another place that needs an audit! They're not working for free, so stop acting like it! also, what is with the dollar payment? how does that even compute? if my insurance takes care of it, why are you asking people for a dollar? they act like they have no idea who you are and you're not in any system. I offered to get my insurance, but the receptionist said no just give me a dollar. It's not only fraudulent, it's WEIRD. I will be contacting Medicare to find out exactly how much was charged for the useless filing down of the crown and how he said, I'd get used to it, but I never did, and it HURTS.

I think I'm going to find a different place to get my root canal done. The dentist was great, but the lady who took my x rays didn't seem to know what she was doing at all. She took my xrays twice because she kept forgetting to do things. Then she was hurting my mouth when she took the xrays of my tooth, getting to close to my face with the xray gun hitting my glasses a couple times. Someone came to try to help her, but she didn't seem to get it right. When I got home the office texted that I needed to go back to get more xrays. It was a waste of time. My mouth is still sore from the xrays. So scary to get a root canal done there if the assistants don't even know what they are doing.

They are knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. I wish they were closer. I go here because they have drs who take my insurance. Always make me comfortable and do a great job. Appointments for my insurance dr take a bit of time but are worth it. I always feel comfortable and get out in the time they say its going to take. Wish they could have done my crowns, too! ***** Root canals *****
