My family of four see Dr Frank, and our last experience was like no other. Our son with severe Autism wound up with a severe wisdom tooth infection. Not being able to brush his teeth properly, his dental health is always a great worry. He requires general anesthesia for a simple cleaning or xray. We had to see a dental specialist as this situation required. But prior to see this specialist, a 360° xray was needed for the referral, and with the utmost understanding of the staff we were ushered by Cindy through the back door when very few patients were around (as this can bring on a tantrum) and immediately saw Dr Frank and took the xray, and also since this works best barely anything was said and the whole appointment was a success. Thank you so much again.

I have been going to this dental office for many years and never had a bad experience with anything or anyone. Every personnel is nice and the dentists are absolutely knowledgeable and caring. Also, whenever there is something going on that needed immediate attention, they’ll always find a way to accommodate you!If you’re looking for one, give it a try here! I’m sure you would not regret it!!!!

I have been seeing doctor Kelly and Viki for about 30 years now, and now my kids are, great office, great staff. My 5 year old had to get a cavity filled and it went better than I could ever expect. Thank you to the team there.

This may not be a popular opinion but I must state it. This place only caters to those who have benefits. If your like myself and pay out of pocket they pretty much take advantage of that. Where shall I start tho?!?! I was a patient of dr Wolfes. I have perodonits disease and it took for me to see another practicing dentist in this office to be referred to a specialist. Whom I see every 3 months now in an effort to save my teeth! Why wait so long? In dr wolfes words when I asked about my teenaged sons teeth if he would needed braces or not “you don’t have benefits.” Why is that any of your concern lady?! Now fast forward to me dropping 600$ on a bond on my teeth here again in an effort to save them. (I reluctantly went after telling my dental specialist I have pretty much lost faith in these people) on my 2 week check up I told them it was lifted on the left side. They blew me off told me it was fine. I go to my specialist a few weeks later for my scheduled every 3 months deep cleaning and sure enough she confirmed it was lifted. So she sends them a email they call me I say “so your not gonna charge me right cuz I told y’all it was lifted and you didn’t believe me” and was told “if that’s what’s wrong with it then no there will be no charge.” Why would I lie about something like that in my own mouth tho? Of course I wasent charged cuz it was lifted as I had told them it was weeks ago! Now fast forward to today! I need a tooth pulled! I called and was told it’s 197$ just for them to look at it. Mind you I been there multiple times this year and they have all my X-rays lol so 197$ just to look at it. That was my final straw so I called around. Called a place legit down the street from them and was told they discount for those who are paying upfront and do not have coverage. 100$ my appointment is going to cost me next week. Was quoted 190$ for my sons appointment that was booked here for Jan. It costs me over 250$ here for his appointment. So I called back to have them cancel my stuff indefinitely for my son and I and asked do they not discount for those paying here and now upfront with no benefits and was told no they do not. So they definitely cater to those who have benefits! Mind you I have been with dr Wolfe for 15 plus years! I actually feel so ripped off and am kicking myself in the behind for not calling around sooner! I just was loyal to my own fault and thought they had my best interests at heart! Front staff for the most part are amazing! I believe Cathy is her name is a saint! The lady whom I canceled my sons appointment with today needs to take a lesson in customer service! A heavy lesson I learned here today! And will speak loud and proud about it to everyone I know!
