Lake County Dental

Went to Lake County Dental for the first time recently, had a wonderful experience. Once checked in I was seen in a timely manner, had x rays done immediately and was prepped for a cleaning. Shout out to Hannah for prepping and x rays and Jen for the cleaning, both were pleasant and professional. Already scheduled more work to be done there!

I have been going here since I was a kid, and now that someone else owns the practice, it has gone downhill. I have a HUGE fear of the dentist. I have had SO MANY dental procedures gone wrong and most have been with this practice since the new owners took over. I also never know what dentist I’m going to get because every time I go, there’s someone new… I had to get a root canal done TWICE and now the crown wasn’t placed properly… Also, I have to now get another root canal within 6 months of each other. This is ridiculous! They don’t take care of your teeth and make you come back multiple times! They also overcharge you and then when they refund you the money, take out credit card fees when they give you a check back. This office is not good and money hungry. I wish I would have left a long time ago. I don’t recommend this office!

No one loves the dentist, however, my children and I love this one! They are gentle and patient. With my son having autism and being sensitive to touch, Alliyah, explained so calmly everything that was going to be happening! She is amazing!

Trying to understand all the bad reviews everyone was very respectful and patient with me had a 11:30 appointment was in by 11:15 back in my car by noon. 0 pain was felt throughout the entire cleaning was offered a gum numbing spray if needed. I have Medicaid and they did not treat me like I was “poor” as other reviews like say This was my first cleaning in 6 years and once I said that they took 5 to 10 extra x-rays to make sure my teeth are in good shape and walked me through them Explaining what I see on screen. Sent me home with a tooth care goodie bag and a prescription toothpaste all covered my insurance

First time going to this dental office. I was checked in right away and only waited a few minuted before I was called back. Right away I got my x-rays taken and only waited for a few seconds for the hygenist. My hygenist Jennifer and her assistant Hannah were very friendly. I was in and out with nice clean teeth in no time. :)
