I’ve been a patient there for years. I’ve always had a good experience there from the front desk staff, hygienist, and most importantly the dentist. They are quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. The dentist has never tried to talk me into additional unnecessary dental procedures. I’ve also changed dental insurance plans over the years and never had any issues with payment.

If I could give them 0 stars I would..I had a root canal crown fitted there years ago. It fell off, they refused to give me a new one for free even though they screwed up..paid $550 for another that fell off again and cracked my other tooth. This has been such a long painful experience for years that have changed my life. When they fixed it they were so unprofessional too..they held my mouth open (I have tmj) and did not suction properly so I was just choking the whole time, now my gums are screwed up and once again I’m paying for another crown..I’m out almost $2000 total from the beginning because of this place. I’m going to my new dentist to get it fixed because I don’t trust these people.

My teeth have been irrevocably changed for the worse after coming here. After 7 visits on a routine crown it still isn't right. The staff mentioned there have been problems because they have been downgrading to cheaper vendors. Although all the staff responded timely and appropriately to my concerns, I can no longer trust them. I also don't like that the exam space is shared with another patient and we can overhear each other's conversations.

Thank you for a wonderful visit. Alex and the rest of the staff were fantastic. If you need dental work this office provides excellent service and are very friendly and supportive. Dr.Pierre has a calm nature that really alleviates fears and anxiety. And a special thanks to Alex who went out of her way to be kind and caring to me.

Dr. Leavitt changed my life! I have gotten several consultations before for braces, Invisalign, etc. to straighten my teeth and no one ever made me feel like it was even remotely possible (time and finance wise) or encouraged me to see the bigger picture like Dr. Leavitt did. He introduced me to their new product of invisible aligners to straighten teeth and explained every step of the way and gave me loads of information and even offered a payment plan that worked for me and I'm so glad that I signed up because I always used to hide my smile before and now I don't have to and I love that I have that confidence now in my smile and I owe it all to Dr. Leavitt. I am eternally grateful. Dr. Pierre Duncan is also great too! He is the dentist for my kids and he is so great with them and so kind! Everyone there is really so nice and I was always afraid of the dentist and I would get major anxiety having to go but the people there make it so easy and stress-free for me that I don't dread going. I don't even have to say who I am to get checked in - they all know me by now - I love it :D Thanks, Dental Group of Mentor!
