I had my first appointment with Dr. Tong today and he was absolutely amazing! I have been struggling with sleep, feeling tired most mornings, grinding my teeth, snoring and now diagnosed with sleep apnea and TMJ, and Dr Tong could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about my current sleep issues. He took the time to do a thorough exam, explain possible solutions and get me set up with a treatment plan to help me feel better. I was nervous at first but the office staff and Dr. Tong put me at ease as soon as I arrived. Looking forward to a good night sleep soon!

We have been so impressed and definitely pleased with our experience with the team and staff at the Snore Experts facilities. We first met with them three years ago when we started the process. Their staff is geared towards educating on the different ways that any snoring appliance or machine works for different types of people who snore: from mild to worse case scenarios. Staff and doctors are highly educated, worked well with myself, my wife, and kids as we went through the process. Their team travels through different cities on different days of the week, which means we'll always see the people we know and have built trust with regardless of when our appointments are scheduled and needed. The first year there were multiple appointments to ensure everything was going according to plan and schedule. Once we reached the desired outcome we were able to go to a yearly appointment for checking in. If there is any need for an appointment between the yearly set appointment those have been covered as needed. Overall we are extremely pleased. Snore Experts determined the lowest common denominator was the place to start for me and it has worked wonders! Family as a whole has seen and experienced the difference of eliminating the snore factor from our home. Thank you Snore Experts for the difference you have made in my life and that of our family!

These folks are great. Couldn't stand the CPAP, tried two or 3 other appliances, just didn't work. Came here and their doctors and staff are awesome. So friendly. Always taken on time, always know how to fix or change or modify that little bit on the appliance to be able to sleep better and not chase the wife into the other room! Love these folks!!!

It is always a good experience visiting the office. The staff is always very pleasant and cannot do enough to make you feel comfortable. This visit I picked up my new appliance, and of course, it was perfect and no tweaking was necessary. I can't thank Dr. Greenberg, and his staff, enough.

I started with Snore Experts 6 years ago and service was superb. I need a replacement oral appliance and the service has been terrible. I requested an appointment several months ago and still waiting to hear. The insurance person called me and left a disconnected phone number; lied to me about sending an email. I'm still waiting for an appointment. I'm looking for another dentist for my needs. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THESE PEOPLE BECUASE OF THEIR LACK OF PROPER CUSTOMER SERVIICE
