Caring Bear Dental

Extremely professional, everyone in the office was very nice. Communication about the procedure from start to aftercare was explained to me in detail with explanations for my oral hygiene care. The receptionist was wonderful about explaining y setting up a schedule with me to get the rest of the work done ((2 crowns , cleaning, post...)). I have never been keen on dental work or dentist as I've always gotten those that wanna get you in y out as your nothing more than a 🤑. These dentist y staff really do know what they're doing y care about their work y patients. I live DTLA and travel to North Hollywood (1 hour by subway) if that says anything.....

Everyone here is so nice. I have some weird dentist phobia and they are all very patient and understanding about it. 🙏

I can't say enough good things about Caring Bear Dental! My daughter is autistic and has sensory processing disorder, which has made dental visits a real challenge in the past. The first few times we came, it was a struggle, but now, it's a completely different experience. She walks into the office without a care in the world and goes back for X-rays with confidence. The team is incredibly patient and gentle, and she allows them to perform exams and cleanings with no trouble at all. She even looks forward to going back for her toy afterward! The staff at Caring Bear Dental handle her with such care, and I feel so comfortable knowing they're in her corner. I highly recommend them, especially to families with special needs children. They truly make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible!

Brought my toddler for her 1 year check up and she had a small cavity, i was told to bring her back in 6 months. I took her back and Dr. Rivera knew her cavity grew and did not take xrays or said anything about treating the cavity he only did visuals and I was told he is a pediatric specialist, he’s not. He recommend fluoride treatment and a toothpaste know my toddler needed treatment. Set an appointment for December to put varnishing on the teeth just to see ANOTHER doctor saying she was the pediatric specialist and that my toddler needs crowns. This office let the cavity grow to when it was beneficial for them! Dr. Rivera you lost my children as patients. We found a new dental office that will treat my child with REAL HONESTY AND CARE. I now have to pay $1300 out of pocket so my child can get white crowns. Dr. Rivera should be paying for this not us. Chart notes are vague. This review is also on yelp.

The staff and doctors here are exceptional! The service is top-notch, and my teeth look amazing. Highly recommend this dentist!
