We had our 1st visit today the staff was very friendly. After My daughter is consultation. They were able to get her in right away for a same day braces installation. Which was great. The office is nicely decorated, beautiful fish tank, coffee, and fresh cookies ❤️. They even have a little game room to keep teens occupied while they wait to be called back. So far I'm happy I choose this office!

Dr. Keon and her staff was such an amazing group to work with. From the moment I walked in the door until I left they were all very helpful and friendly. I went in for what I thought was just a consult but turned into me getting my braces on as well. Great orthodontist

My first Orthodontist visit ever ay 67yrs old for Invisalign consultation. I had visited two other practices prior to appointment and from the first phone call to the x-rays to the consultation with Dr Koen the entire practice/office was incredibly great! Professional, knowledgeable, insightful, positive, patient, informative, and never rushed or treated like a file number but rather like a long time friend. Cindy was great on the initial phone call, Mattie Mae was phenomenal with explaining xrays, tests, etc...Jacque, the office manager & has been with the practice for 30 years was the greatest with everything & talked to me like family, and Dr Koen...the most incredible person! Dr Koen spent a hour going over details of how everything would work, great attention to the details, with such a warm & relaxing approach which certainly creates a comfort level as anxiety is a natural thing with dentists and Orthodontists! It was clear when we finished after the hour I was working with the best of the best practice and great hearted people/professionals! Starting my process next month. Highly recommend Dr Koen and the entire staff as everyone here is truly the best of the best! Dan Taylor

Mary Cay Koen and staff have taken great care of my daughter. She had issues outside the norm and they have gone above and beyond to help her get the best results.

Dr.Coen is fine. There’s one tech specifically that shouldn’t even be allowed to interact with people. She treats you as if she’s of higher intelligence ( she’s not ). She tries to throw her 30 years of experience in your face when you disagree with what she’s saying ( she was still wrong. all that experience for nothing lol ) At one point she actually said “ I don’t know what to tell you “. Customer service skills must’ve not been developed in your 30 years of experience huh. But to be fair to the company itself , most others staffed in that building are very pleasant , including dr coen. That one decrepit woman really left a bad taste in my mouth.
