Las Vegas Braces

I would like to share my recent experience at your office. Overall, my visit was positive, particularly due to the professionalism and kindness of the dental assistants, who made my child's first treatment visit a pleasant one. However, I did encounter some challenges with the front desk staff, specifically with Dana, whose customer service was not up to par. Additionally, several individuals I referred reported difficulties in scheduling appointments, noting long hold times which ultimately led them to seek care elsewhere. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate the quality of care provided by your dental team and hope that these concerns can be addressed to enhance the overall experience for future patients.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years now. initially my treatment was supposed to be 18 months but with pandemic and other reasons it’s gone up to 4 years now. this office USED to be SO good front desk was amazing. i’m unsure what happened to that staff but this new front desk they have right now does not know how to do there job. everytime i come in they don’t even greet you, they’re always gossiping and talking bad about everyone there to the point where one time when i finished my appointment i walked out to them and they were all hudled in a circle talking bad about the doctor, i stood there just waiting for them to finish so i can get scheduled and when they finally saw me they said “i hope you didn’t hear that!” and laughed. that is so unprofessional and ghetto, and i felt bad bc dr.simister is SO good and the assistants as well it’s just that front desk that needs to learn how to do there job. they have nasty entitled attitudes and i hate that i spent so much money to walk in there and them treat you like that. they also always mess up the appointments, i have to be calling to make sure they set the appointment bc i’ve had it to where i walk out and got “scheduled” and turns out they never actually made me the appointment and want to schedule me a month out when it was their own fault. like i said doctor is amazing and sweet, this office has so much potential it’s just that front staff that doesn’t know what they’re doing and spend too much time gossiping and clowning. spend your money somewhere else!

I really feel like these people scammed us into getting braces for my daughter. I look back on her pictures before braces and her teeth with FINE! yes they weren't perfect but this "phase one" crap was definitely just to make them money. At NINE YEARS OLD they tell us she needs braces and she is missing an adult tooth, OK fine. This had me worried. We sign up and get them put on. We were told 18 months at the Most. It's been more than that AND NOW, her teeth are ruined! Her canine has grown in the wrong spot, her baby tooth that doesn't have a replacement is now being pushed behind that adult canine and it looks so weird. The tooth next to the two front teeth is in the wrong spot because of her braces and I'm am SO UPSET about it. Her beautiful smile is ruined! And the "Doctor" just keeps doing it and never tells me anything. I have to CONSTANTLY ask what's happening next. He checks her mouth every visit for less that 2 minutes, says ok and moves on. His assistants argue with me and never tell me what they're doing. I have to constantly ask and honestly that's what warrants the 2 stars. I won't ever recommend this place to anyone. Their communication is terrible, they're scammers and get people to sign up for treatments they don't actually need. It's really frustrating. Now the only way she'll ever have a regular smile is if we spent THOUSANDS of dollars on an implant that most places wouldn't even do until she's an adult. I really can't believe I fell for their lies to get our money. STAY AWAY!

I love coming to this office. The staff, they are so great and friendly. The drs! They do amazing. A special shout out to Jackie Vanessa and Lori. They are always so helpful and patient. I would recommend anyone I know to come here.

The reason I am giving two stars is due to the scheduling. They book six weeks out, so if your child is sick or has an active schedule and has to miss appointment, then you are pushed out six weeks. My son has had multiple brackets fall off in six months, and they charge $35 for each bracket. This was not discussed at the time of sign-ups. My child is eating the correct foods too. On day two of getting his braces installed, a bracket fell off. I called to let them know, and I was told that's common and not to worry about it. We did miss our appointment due to a conflicting schedule. It’s difficult because this orthodontist office schedule is not accommodating. Today, I called in and asked the receptionist for an 7am appointment ASAP because my child is now missing five brackets and can’t wait the additional six weeks for his appointment. I was told there are none available for about six weeks. I was given attitude and told they are six weeks out and that I would be charged $35 for each bracket. The ladies who install the braces are extremely professional and nice.

More than happy with the service provided here at Lae Vegas braces. Jackie was amazing, and went above and beyond to help us get our daughter the proper care and treatment that she needed. She, and the staff here made our experience stress free and enjoyable.
