I'd give negative stars if I could. Was an international student at USC and needed help with an implant that had fallen out. Saw the dentist just once. He said he needed more info about my implant from my previous (overseas) dentist and I diligently collected all the details he asked for. I emailed. I called. I called again. I called several times and spoke with 5 different receptionists / dental assistants. All tell me the same thing - dentist is looking into it and we will get back to you. The school year ended and I graduated. Still didn't hear back at all. This should tell you all you need to know about this embarrassing practice.
