Amazing staff. I arrived early and the receptionist was warm friendly and kind ! I came in with a pain level of 10 and I’m leaving with a pain level of 0. The dentist was so patient and understanding as well as the other staff. No run around, just immediate help. I appreciate you guys so much and will be back :-). Thank you for taking me as a new patient ❤️

Kind of traumatizing, it’s been a couple years since my appointment but I still remember every detail and figured I should warn people. (I was never afraid of the dentist before this, and had plenty of orthodontic work + 4 teeth pulled by an oral surgeon.) First of all, front desk was completely disorganized. We had x-rays sent over from the orthodontist, but they insisted they didn’t have them. After a battle of wills, they DID manage to find them. (I think they just wanted to charge for more services, which was confirmed by what I’m about to tell you as well.) Cleaning was quick and painful, only a couple of minutes and not thorough at all. They told me I would need my wisdom teeth removed which was NOT true, I had it confirmed with my orthodontist beforehand, and a dentist afterwards. They said they could see my cavity was shallow, started drilling and then the man said under his breath, “Oh this is deeper than I thought.” I had to stop him, with the drill in my mouth, and make him explain to me what changed. He then informed me that he might hit a nerve and it could be quite painful! Which was extremely scary when I had no choice but to let them finish and had already lost all faith in them! I consider myself lucky at least, because they messed up my mom’s bite and she had to come back multiple times and make them fix it! My brother had issues here too.

I mean this with complete sincerity. This is the best dental facility I've been to in a while. I have some dental issues from neglecting my teeth and they were able to accept my insurance and are prompt with scheduling and care. Good and effective treatment also requires you to be a good patient. And regardless of patient behavior or circumstance they are patient and kind. It can sometimes get busy and it may take 10 minutes to get you in after your scheduled time. But you should schedule appropriate time for an appointment anyway, it's not a resteraunt lol. Negative reviews on this place are In consistent with reality or are exigent circumstances. You are likely to get amazing care here.

The Dentist and her assistant did an amazing job on my fillings and tooth extraction! The front desk got me in right away when I broke my tooth and the next day they examined it and got it out right away. The team is friendly and super efficient. I highly recommend them!

I have a major fear of the dentist after a bad experience with another local dentist. Brightnow accepted me as a walk in and treated me right away with absolute kindness and compassion, explaining what they were doing and constantly asking if I’m okay. Every staff member treated me with absolute kindness and I highly recommend, especially if you struggle with panic attacks or anxiety at the dentist, as they were extremely patient. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
