Everyone was great, except when I first walked in no one greeted or acknowledged me while I was waiting to check in. I was ignored and blatantly made to stand there as if I was not seen or a regular patient. I didn’t like being ignored knowing that I was spending money on this visit and it was early in the morning and I’m not a morning person so that pissed me off. I kindly ask someone if I could check in and she helped me. It put me an ease slightly but still annoyed a bit. Everything else from that point was great but first impressions… Other than that I was pleased with how fast everything went and my child needed a crown and other things. Idefinitely recommend

This was our first visit. The staff is amazing! They are so kind and welcoming. They take their time to explain everything to the parents and break down everything they are seeing and procedures they need to do. They’re great with kids from toddlers to teenagers! Highly recommend!! Everything is clean and well maintained. My daughter who is usually very nervous and shy at the dentist felt very comfortable.

I'd be careful when it comes to the prices and insurance. I was quoted 900 then had them check again and it went to 65 dollars. Kinda crazy. I'd like to say I have pretty bad anxiety and they were great with that! I had wisdom teeth removal March 27th 2025 and was so scared but they held my hand (literally) reassured me and played music for me. The doctor Eddie Kotary who did the removal was amazing! Professional and very quick! I barely felt anything didn't feel beaten up couldn't have gone better. I'd definitely go to that team again!

I was BEYOND thrilled with the care my son received at his recent appointment. My son is level 3 autistic, and I wasn't expecting much due to his special needs. Amber, our hygienist, was WONDERFUL!! I can not give her enough praise!! She was SO gentle and patient with my son, understanding all his needs. She made things fun for him, told him everything in detail before doing anything (which is BIG for my son), and took all the extra needed time for him. This appointment was far beyond just a dentist appointment for us, it was a HUGE milestone! Thank you Amber for going above and beyond to make my son so comfortable!!

Went in for a cleaning, after a years absence. Found a cavity. Oh, my! Dr. C asked if I wanted to get it taken care of now or schedule it. The staff was able to get me in the slot to have it taken care of.Been going to West 10th Dental since they opened. Probably will still be going when I'm old and Grey and my teeth are falling out. 😁Today's experience was good.Thanks!
