The front desk staff are an all star team, the hygienists are really attentive, and the dentists are so wonderful. I had an amazing experience at Southfield Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Destinee at the front desk, whose exceptional customer service made me feel right at home. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional.Dr. Nafso is outstanding! He took the time to explain everything during my teeth cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Tania and Konstantina were also fantastic, providing gentle care and support that truly made my visit enjoyable.If you’re looking for a dental practice that combines amazing customer service with top-notch dental care, look no further than Southfield Dentistry. I recently had an exceptional experience at Southfield Dentistry and I want to highlight the amazing care I received from my hygienist, Tania. From the moment I walked in, the office had a welcoming and professional atmosphere and the entire team made me feel comfortable.Tania was fantastic! She was thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, making sure I felt at ease throughout my cleaning. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire visit a pleasant one. Got a cleaning done by Tanya. She was amazing, gentle, and very knowledgeable! Couldn’t have gotten better! Also, the front desk girls are very sweet and personable!P.S- Dr. Mike is the best! Very thorough and I trust his opinion 100%.

When I saw this office had all 5 star reviews on google, I thought “no way.” When I came in and experienced 5 star treatment for myself, I figured I would add my experience to the hundreds of other reviews.For starters, I have always had anxiety going to the dentist. My last dentist, who I took years to get comfortable with, finally retired after 50 years. The last time I saw a dentist was in 2021 and I was embarrassed by how long I’d let my teeth go without a cleaning besides daily brushing and occasional flossing (because I hate doing that too). The staff here are so kind and helpful, and really eased my worries about seeing a dentist. At my first appointment, they told me I had a few cavities and would need a deep cleaning due to the fact that it had been so long since my last cleaning. The hygienist (forgot her name!) was so nice and helpful, explaining that I’d have to come back for multiple appointments and get numbed to cover everything. I was worried about having to come back that many times and I knew about the huge needle they use to numb you. I was nervous, but I trusted them.I have had three appointments so far, one more to go and I can honestly say I haven’t had one negative thing to say about anything at any of my appointments. The entire office is super clean and there’s never too long of a wait. Everyone at the front desk is so kind and bubbly. They greet you with smiles and leave you with compliments, and they know their stuff! Dr. Nafso is so great. He was constantly checking in while he worked, making sure I was okay. When I say, EVERYONE I’ve dealt with has been SO nice. It really does help ease the anxiety around seeing a dentist.I also had a chip in my front tooth that I had to get fixed. Dr. Nafso fixed it and you literally can’t tell that part of the tooth is not real. Even at my last dentist who I saw for years, you still could see that part of the tooth was fake if you looked close enough.Even after my last deep cleaning appointment I will be a patient here for life. I will continue to get my regular cleanings here because they have made me feel so comfortable at every appointment. I will also be recommending this place to everyone I know!
