Ridge Road Family Dentistry

I went here yesterday for an extraction and they fit me in ASAP when every other of the 20+ places I called said they could do an exam than I would have to come back for the extraction. The extraction itself took seconds, I was very scared & have a lot of dental anxiety. The dental assistant I had was absolutely amazing I couldn’t thank her enough. I’ve put off some dental work because of anxiety and other offices judgments but after my visit yesterday I will be scheduling to make a plan for the rest of the work I need done. Thank you!!

I came here because I saw a coupon for implants on their website. It was the same price as I was quoted for bridges by my dentist. I had been missing my 2 side teeth for a few years and was beyond nervous to get it done. Dr Ghiba and Melanie were amazing. They instantly calmed me down and even made me laugh. It's been a week since I got the implants put in and I am very pleased with the way it's healing and lack of pain/bruising. I am excited to continue the journey and see my new smile. Thankful I found this place!

What a great ecperience at the dental office! A friend recommended me to give Dr. Ghiba a try, just received my dental implants today abd I am so happy that I put all my fears behind me...the implants are outstanding! The process from start to finish was great! Melanie and Dr. Ghina had me laughing while they were extracting my teeth, I know that never has happened before when I went to the dentist. Very professional staff that I dealt with . If you are a fraidy cat like me, I urge to make an appointment here, you'll be glad that you did! Smile!

I’m Amanda! I had Dr.Ghiba, I recently had ALL 4 wisdom teeth removed at once. It literally took less than 30 mins to get them out probably less than 5 to stitch me up. Provided AMAZING! Care he was straight to the point made sure I felt safe and comfortable, met my needs. It was soooooo fast it’s day 2 Ive followed the rules on the paper and so far I feel so great! Little to barely any pain. I was scared Yes, was it a weird feeling? Yes, it gave me a little anxiety and un comfort a little yeah! but I felt no pain. The most uncomfortable part during is the numbing shot, after would be stitches you wont be used to how they feel. The assistant (X ray lady) was also very very sweet and accommodating. The front desk lady is so nice and she will answer any questions you have and she doesn't judge! They asked often if I was in pain or just anxious, They treat you kindly and fairly overall amazing experience! Dr. Ghiba! I hope you see this! You’re the best, Thank you!!

This review is late, but 5/5 and if I could go higher I would. In fact, 100/5!!! Dr.Awadallah and Areej were amazing. They both went above and beyond! If you are searching for a new dental office, well don’t look any further- this is the one. I have been on the hunt for a good dentist, and I went to a few offices here in Parma, but was left with unfortunately bad experiences. Let me tell you, as soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly and with a smile. The receptionist and staff were so kind. An experience I believe is hard to find anywhere else. The office was clean, everything was professional. I haven’t had an experience like this in a long time, since my dentist left the states. And again, a big thanks to Dr. Awadallah and Areej because their attention to detail and concern for my health assured me that this is the office I’ve been looking for!!
