Dr. Fairbanks and his staff were so welcoming and helpful to me as a new patient and they made my routine cleaning and check-up experience so easy. Booking was very straightforward, the office is quiet and calm, and I felt comfortable asking for anything I needed from start to finish throughout the appointment. I can actually say that I'm looking forward to my next check-up!

Dr. Fairbanks and team have made me look forward to the dentist again after DECADES of dental trauma. (I'm talking being held down during extractions as a child, not being given enough novocaine to numb areas during cleanings and surgeries, and being told "it's all in my head" when I mentioned feeling pain.)He took things really slow. My first two appointments were just updating X-rays and doing a visual inspection of my teeth with a mirror. My third visit was a standard cleaning and it took less than 20 minutes with no pain. I was crying happy tears on my way out because I never believed it was possible! Really looking forward to keeping my teeth healthy with Quadrant.
