We came in just a regular cleaning. I was there for 3 hours and my husband was there for 4. Our appointments were at 2:30 and we literally didn’t leave until after they closed at 5. Again, just a regular cleaning. After waiting for about 2 hours I finally saw the dentist, but still had yet to have my teeth cleaned. I would understand if they were packed but we were the only ones there. The staff was friendly enough but I have no idea why this took so long.

I had a long but positive visit with Dr. New. He took me on a day off long weekend. He and Joel worked on a very neglected mouth. He actually called me in the evening to see if I was OK. Very pleased and would highly recommend him for any dental work needed
