But I have been through 3 different dentist at this location, numerous "office managers" and they still can't seem to fix the issue with my tooth and retainer. My tooth was finally fixed after almost 3 years by the third dentist. While waiting for my tooth to be repaired my retainer cracked, the second dentist ordered me two retainers and one was trashed on-site and the other barely fits. Seen in office today after waiting all this time, paid for a new retainer but was then told to come back in 2 hours or by 5pm after I had been sitting there since 8am and it was only 9:30am. Explained that the retainer/impressions was discussed at my previous appointment which was the reason for the 8am appointment. Office staff explained the dentist is busy and would be free at 11am or 5pm and this was told after collecting my payment. Requested a refund for the retainer and left immediately because at this point I feel like this is a game and definitely not a priority for this office in reference to my retainer. I have been promised this and that and I am disappointed every time. Going forward I will just do my cleaning and exams but everything else will be handled with my Orthodontist.

The office manager is rude and very unprofessional, she doesn’t know how to deal with patients in a professional manner. This location changes dentist too much when you get a good dentist and treatment plan, they have someone new, I’m looking into getting a new dentist, I would hate to change hygienist because Kelly is wonderful!
