Went there for emergency tooth pain, which ended up needing 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted. The dentist was fresh out of school the same year, and he ended up cracking the tooth next to it, which ended up also causing me a lot of pain within 2 months and that needed to be extracted as well due to his mistake. He claimed the tooth “crumbled” from it barely being touched, which was confirmed not the case from a better dentist locally. Front desk staff unfriendly. I contacted them again this past month when I started getting to the point of unbearable pain, and they couldn’t even call me back. Their rooms aren’t “rooms”, they are open cubbies with half walls in between, and heard a kid screaming bloody murder next to me the whole time I was getting my teeth pulled. He over medicated me, and my face was numb the whole next day, and lasted in total almost 2 days. The dental assistant wasn’t great either, when she was pulling my cheek with her tool, she split the side of my lip wide open and ended up bleeding down my neck and face. No aftercare instructions, and sent home without gauze. Ended up getting a Dry Socket 5 days later, due to lack of precautions from Dentist. He spent an hour trying to get 2 teeth out of my mouth, because he was “experimenting” with which tools to use because “something wasn’t working” (assuming because he was fresh out of school), which made for one of the worst and most uncomfortable dental experiences I’ve ever had. I will never be back.

Went in for a cleaning and came out feeling wonderful! Leanne did an amazing job cleaning my teeth very carefully. She also gave me tips for my teeth health and made me feel comfortable with my teeth cleaning! The front desk; Paulina, Rachel, Bailey, Giovanna and Autumn were friendly, genuine and helpful. I appreciate the friendly and kind atmosphere! I have my next appointments scheduled and looking forward to it. Thank You Fioritto Family Dental Team 💛🦷

We recently became customers here after a different local dentist butchered my wife’s crowning of a molar. We called in pretty desperately trying to get an appointment asap and as a new client that was a hard thing to do but Fioritto made sure to get us in at 9:20 the next morning to assess the tooth and see what was need to stop the terrible pain and fix the issue. We came in everyone was so professional and made us very comfortable. Once we made it in the back for exam Dr Joe took a look at everything and gave us our options. He was great, very informative and laid out our options. We decided to do a removal and his team and Dr Joe setup to do it while we were in the office!!(unheard of without making a second appointment)! His team was great, he did a wonderful job and we scheduled our follow and my wife was pain free for the first time in 6 days. The final amazing touch was the office called my wife to make sure she was feeling better and to just check up on her and see if her pain went down. We will be moving all our families dental needs to the Mentor office moving forward and cannot express how happy we were with everything and all the people as well.

I went to Dr. Andrew for a tooth extraction and he was incredibly friendly and polite. He made sure to check in with me throughout the procedure to see if I was doing okay and in no pain. Thank you Dr. Andrew for making an anxious visit (for a lot of people, including me) not so bad!

Saw Dr. Joe at Fioritto & had a tooth extraction. Very good bed manners & very caring dentist. I'm very satisfied with the care & service I got December 2024. I also had to go back two weeks later to get a post op check & got in the same day as I called early in the morning. Staff is extremely friendly & helpful also & always meet you with a smile!
