Destiny Dental - Dearborn

So originally my review would’ve been bad almost a year ago.. but I’ve decided to try again this year in 2024. I’m glad I did completely different vibes & staff.. the receptionist, dental hygienist & dental assistants are all great!! Me & my daughter go to this dentist office.. they do great work, very informative, and understanding. I always need preauthorizations & it’s always approved before my visit, so I never have to worry about that. I’ve had extractions & fillings at this location & never an issue. My 17 year old daughter has had her cleanings & fillings here & haven’t complained. So if you’re in need of a dentist give them a try..

For the last 3 years every time I come, I have a wonderful experience! Dr. Al Turki is incredibly gentle and caring, always taking the time to offer valuable advice. Jamani at the front desk is welcoming and friendly, making every visit a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Staff was banging on the desk speaking to the insurance company, had a 2 PM appointment, which they confused my name with another and almost gave me the wrong procedure, then when it was my actual turn, they hadn’t checked insurance, not familiar if they were even in network, and overall unprofessional. Lastly, if you’re a medical office responsible for cleaning peoples teeth, at least have a clean office space to reflect you do a good job.

Dr. Brar and every single staff member is simply amazing. They care, they work with you and your schedule AND they accept Medicaid which for me is a ++++. Dr. Brar performs the most efficient and quickest (might I add) oral operations I’ve ever seen combined - she communicates the entire time & takes note when/if you’re in pain. She’s don’t play & neither does the staff IN THE BEST WAY. This office has solid referrals as well! If you’re in need a dentist don’t think twice, call them up 😊 Thank you Dr. Brar and staff members!

So short story..I am , well was petrified of dentist per past experiences. So I searched and came across Destiny Dental in Dearborn. My first appointment everyone was so nice. So the dentist (Dr. Al-Turki) came in and I informed her no offense to her that I have had a lot of bad experiences. So she assured me she would take care of me. I had to get a root canal. Of course my nerves wouldn’t let me relax. Dr. Al-Turki talked to me through the process, told me to breath and relax (because I was tense). When I so during the process I finally relaxed and made it through and without tears. That was a year and a half ago. Even to this day Dr. Al-Turki completed a filling that I had a problem with. She called the next day and checked on me. When I say love my dentist. I love them and the receptionist ladies. Nothing but love, care and laughter and Destiny Dental Dearborn. Keep up the good work!!
