I left 2 stars because everyone was nice but, I don't think they tell you when you're out of network. Their prices are triple the price of Cleveland Clinic and Hudec. They wanted me to pay 350 for a cleaning and i have the highest tier dental insurance. They wanted 150 for a fill and I came in for tooth pain and he took the instrument and scraped out my filling on purpose. Now I'm in extreme pain and I have to wait until I can get an appointment at the Clinic l. I think this was done so that I could hurry up and schedule the services. I hope i'm not wrong but I think the dentist did it maliciously , in fact i know i'm not wrong. The place could use some remolding its very old and outdated. I will not be returning I do not recommend.

I finally found a dentist that is caring, gentle and does wonderful work! The staff is great, all are friendly, and Jasmine is courteous, friendly and has a great sense of humor!I am very glad to have found Dental Works!

The level of respect is unbelievable. After they made me wait to see the orthodontist Because they only come in once a month. Bs. My appointment was at 9:30 today. After I waited almost to hours. They came back and told me that I have to come back another day due to some issue with the internet. Well I took the day off from work to be here. And when I ask for a discount they basically laugh in my face. So let me get this right, if I don’t show up for my appointment I get 100 dollar fee. But u can have me waste my gas and time but I can’t get a discount. Wowwww

If you’re looking for a practice that actually listens and prioritizes emergencies, this isn’t the place. It’s absolutely terrifying to deal with dental offices like this one that fail to address urgent cases properly. I’ve had to explain multiple times that I have a dental fracture that requires immediate attention. Despite the urgency, the receptionist gave the same response 3 times : “We don’t have any appointments available for the next month.”This is completely unacceptable. Dental emergencies are emergencies for a reason. Delaying treatment for weeks can result in losing a tooth, which could have been prevented with timely care. It’s shocking that many dental offices don’t prioritize urgent cases, leaving patients in pain and risking further complications.If you’re looking for a practice that actually listens and prioritizes emergencies, this isn’t the place.

I have been coming to this dental works for many years. The staff are great. There has been almost no turnover of staff which means the staff is happy. Dr Singh is the best. I would highly recommend this office
