This was my first visit to the new location of the practice. I was advised to be there 10 minutes early. Not knowing the exact location, what traffic or parking would be like I left my home very early and got there 30 minutes ahead of my appointment. Additionally I was threatened with a $50 fee if I cancelled my appointment which I think is rude, especially since I sat there until 20 minutes AFTER my appointment. However everybody was very nice and I did notice someone behind the desk that I knew. The hygienist was a bit difficult to understand, especially with the mask on but was nice as was the dentist. However both of them seemed to be on a speed schedule. i felt like the hygienist missed places in my teeth when cleaning and flossing. They both seemed to be in a big hurry to get done and move on to the next patient. Overall the experience was okay but I do miss the fact that my last dentist took a few minutes to chat and make me comfortable before getting down to business. That human factor that seems to be disappearing in large practices these days.

The team there is extremely polite and professional. They help me schedule the dental work. I’ve got coming in the future. They made everything very easy. The doctor explained everything to me in terms that made it really easy to understand how they want to work on my dental challenges.

I had a great appointment at Winter Park Dentistry yesterday. The new facility is bright, cheerful and modern! The staff is welcoming, helpful and well trained. Parking is abundant and the office is easy to find. Thank you for a very positive experience. I will be back!

Wow! Great energy and attention to detail. New office is wonderful but what makes this a first rate business are the positive attitudes and professionalism of every single member of the Winter Park dentistry team. They gave me understandable information and coached me thru each procedure until they were confident that I fully understood my care and options. Thank you for your complete and caring approach.
