I moved from out of state. I was specifically looking for a Pankey Institute Dentist, specializing in night splint for clenching or TMJ. Although they were listed as such they ended up not having the equipment required and referred me to Dr Tally. This was a bummer since my insurance only pays for 2 dentist appointments per year. Not only that, they did not clean my teeth and wanted me to come back and pay $500 extra above my insurance. I had to wait 2 months for a new year to start and went to another dentist who cleaned my teeth for a normal copay. I should have had red flags when they talked about payment plans before my visit even started. They were friendly but the appointment result was dismal.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Front office staff helped me with my insurance and financial questions. So helpful!!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
