Willamette Dental Group - Tigard

ive been going to Willamette dental since i was a child. I'm 30 years old today. im on a medication that i have been on for years. i wouldn't say it helps for pain simply because it has done nothing to help the pain im in right now. i had an emergency appointment at willamette dental the one that's on Jefferson downtown Portland but had to schedule my tooth extraction like a month out to the specialTy clinic in Tigard. i am in excruciating pain and they told me they sent my pain meds to the pharmacy remind You it is Friday so i get all the way to the pharmacy and they never sent it so i i called and they said "we apologize but we sent it now" I'm in so much pain waiting and they only sent mouth wash i just didn't even bother because if i did all of a. Sudden i would have been drug seeking even though there's a hole about as big as an eye socket in my mouth . I'm in so much pain i believe i have a dry socket i don't even want to ever go in there again and my freaking kids have appintments there coming up I'm changing immediately and I'm giving this place no stars!!!!!

I have pretty severe dental anxiety and every appointment I have had here has been met with compassion and patience, I felt comfortable when I came to this location for an emergent tooth ache and chose to keep this location as my primary even though it’s an hour away. The dental assistants are knowledgeable and kind and every dentist I have seen has been amazing. I highly recommend this place

I strongly recommend periodontist Dr. Myneni. Highly skilled surgeon with excellent and professional bedside manner. I’m also having a great experience with routine dental care at the Portland/SW Jefferson St. site. Many thanks again to Dr. Myneni for a superb gum graph!

Dr. Kriswandi is amazing. Dentistry with no pain, she is the best dentist I have ever been to. Hygienist Luda was amazing as well so thorough in her cleaning, and no pain as well. These two are top notch. First time in my life where dental procedures were without pain. If you are afraid to go to the dentist these two are the dental people for you. Excellent care with no pain. Thank you Dr Kriswandi and Luda for your excellent care. I so appreciate the both of you.

Office personnel lack the skills necessary to be customer facing and despite conversation with them they continue miscommunication, shrugging off any responsibility for issues, and do not problem solve for customers' satisfaction. It takes talking to a manager to even get an apology and to maybe change things around. That said, Dr. Manini treated me, and there are no words to express my appreciation for her skills, her mannerism, and her compassion.

Just had a root canal here and pretty much slept through it. That’s how gentle the doctor and dental assistant were, the only thing I felt was the shot slightly, and I am a pretty anxious patient. Highly recommend this facility. Dr. Christian Ketch is very skilled, has amazing bedside manner along with his dental assistant Ramona.

The Longview office showed little concern with the fact that I was in pain and expected me to wait THREE MONTHS for an appointment. Grateful I made some phone calls and was eventually sent to the Tigard location where I was given an appointment within a reasonable time and was pleased with the care I received there. If my review was only about the Tigard office, I would give 5 stars. However I'm giving 3 stars because the scheduling and priorities at the Longview office were subpar. No one should have to suffer in pain for THREE MONTHS to get a tooth fixed.
