This is the best dentist I have ever been too! My dentures were broken and they had them fixed and back to me the same day! The doctors and staff are so friendly and actually care! I’m blown away with how great my experience was. Thank you Willamette Dental Group!?

Dr. Buehler and the staff are top notch! They are all very caring and supportive of the patient and listen to any concerns. My dental anxiety has significantly decreased, as it has been very severe for over 20 years. I can't thank them enough for all they've done over the last couple of years. The care and compassion they provide is truly phenomenal. Thank you for everything Willamette Dental.

Best experience I've had at the dentist. They were attentive, polite, and understanding. The appointment was completed quickly and the follow up for the work I need was scheduled for the same week! They didn't try to push anything unnecessary and cared about my long term health.

You’ll get excellent service. It’s a great atmosphere and they are overwhelmingly accommodating for special circumstances. And Dr. Chamberlain has an awesome sense of humor! The staff is wonderful.

I love Willamette Dental Group! Everyone there is awesome. From the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves, they are friendly, helpful, communicative, and just great.

There has been a few things that have happened since I started coming to this dentist... I will start off with the first incident. I had scheduled my sons next ortho appt and I was asked if I wanted a reminder card I asked if they send reminder notifications and they said yes they will send a text reminder so I then said a reminder card wasn't necessary, I would watch for the text. Fast forward I realized some time had gone by and was curious when my sons appt was so I called in and found we had missed the appt and recieved a charge. In looking into what had happened they had the incorrect phone number on file, it sounded like some numbers were transposed so they waived the fee and corrected the phone number... Once my phone number was corrected I verified with Harley if that update would reflect on all names on my acct and she said yes well not long after that we found the same thing happened to my fiancé's appt. He did not get a reminder so I called in to see when his appt was and samething it the phone number was input incorrectly, however because they had already waived a fee from before they couldn't waive this fee!!! I expressed this was an error on thier end once again, had we actually missed the appt due to lack of not cancelling 24hrs prior than absolutley we would owe that fee, that is understandable and the lady I was speaking with was already being rude and made a statement "that phone number had to come from somewhere" are you kidding me!!!! That's what I'm responded with along with we can't do anything about the fee our system automatically charges the fee????!!! My family and I are so new to this clinic and I can't believe the kind of treatment we've recieved thus far... What really did it for me was what happened to my 13yr today... He went in for his ortho and his ride was a little behind in picking him up.. while waiting In the lobby for his ride the same lady that I spoke with went up to my son and asked him how much longer until his ride got there and he shared they were on their way and she mentioned they needed to get to lunch so my 13yr old son said he would just wait outside and she said "I think that would be best"!!!!! Mind you it was raining outside and cold!!! This is very UPSETTING.. How could a business treat someone like that???! I'm lost for words... This is just some of what my family and I have experienced in a short time coming here.... I had heard good things about this facility and was looking forward to having them become our new dentist but because of how we've been treated thus far I'm disappointed and will be in the process of seeing what other options we have.
