Wichita Family Dental

I had to get a tooth a pulled and I was very nervous. Abby was my dental assistant, and she was very great. She helped me stay comfortable and she was very sweet.the doctor was also very kind and did an awesome job extracting my tooth. It took 2 minutes to get my tooth out I was thoroughly impressed and will be back!

Dr. Pierson and Jess did an amazing job. I had three teeth pulled and they were amazing. They got in and got out in like ten minutes. Incredible work. I felt nothing past the numbing. Highly recommend!

After having a horrible experience in person. I was told to fill out a form to have my x-rays sent to another dentist. I told them I wasn't sure what dentist I was going to use yet. They told me no problem, just fill everything else out and call us to let us know. I then called to have them send it to the other dentist. They asked if my appointment was today. I said it was tomorrow morning, so if they could send it this afternoon, that would be great. They agreed on the phone. The next morning, I called the new dentist, and they hadn't received the x-rays. So I called Wichita Family Dental again. They appooligized and made it seem like they would send them over. I had to get new x-rays at the new dentist. This building is full of people that resemble a business, but businesses tend to offer services. This place is just a waste of time and space. I took my time to drive back to Wichita family dental to get a refund. I explained that my giving the money was meant to be an exchange of value. I provided them my value but received no value in return, so I feel they should refund. I was told they would call me back about the refund. I'm still waiting.

Since the first appointment I had here everyone was super nice and professional. Dr.B and Jess made me feel comfortable explaining the procedure and making sure I was ok. I appreciate them

I came to Wichita Family Dental from out of state to have a crown replaced before going on to a family reunion later in the day. Wichita Family Dental lost track of me twice extending a half hour visit to over two hours! First, after waiting longer than seemed right, I had to remind the front desk of my existence at which point they immediately gave me the room long ready for me that they just hadn't bothered to open. Next a dentist and assistant saw me, said they'd be right back, and completely disappeared! I eventually tracked them down by walking through the halls until I found them, at which point they were casually like, "Oh yeah. Let's replace that crown..." I was glad to have the crown replaced, but it was strange.
