I was really disappointed in my experience at Wichita Family Dental. I decided to go here since the reviews were so great but I will not be returning, unfortunately. The dentist did not introduce himself and often would speak to the hygienist about my care like I was not even there. It was a bizarre experience. For a routine cleaning the appointment took nearly two hours! At the end when I got my quote their communication about pricing was very unprofessional and unclear. The lady kept saying “stuff” and “like” when delivering information about my quote. The two stars are for the wonderful and caring hygienist assistant.

An excellent dentist and office. While traveling they saw me quickly as a new patient and likely saved one of my teeth. Dr. Dinh and Jackson were an excellent team, making the process faster and easier.And also, I was very pleased by their equipment. I'm used to those barbaric bite guards with sharp edges they use during x-rays, but they have silicon guards. Their equipment and methods are much better thought out. I highly recommend them.

I been going to them for a think a year or two! I have gotten my wisdom teeth done here. I have gotten my 3 root canals done here! The staff is always friendly and ease any worries I have ! The dentist was incredible and always nice to me !! He makes sure that I am not in pain! Kim was super friendly with me and explained everything in detail and gave me advice for better care ! Looked out for me! Alicia is always nice !! She handles the estimations and always breaks it down for me when it is needed !! Ellen is friendly! Also it’s just a good environment! There’s always laughter!
