The girls up front were completely clueless. Not only could they not answer my questions they acted like I was a bother! The fact that one of them was eating Chick-fil-A AT THE DESK and then the other was just completely disrespectful. I will never return there!!!! Natasha and Tracey were always great and HELPFUL. The place is going down hill fast. The worst part was what i saw just walking to the entrance (see photos). It’s just disgusting how it’s being ran.

I have been with Dr Garner for over 20 plus years . He did my sons braces my braces my wife’s braces when other orthodontist couldn’t fix her teeth they could fix them. He did my brothers and his wife . I have permanent retainers so I still get to see him occasionally . He is a wonderful man honest and ethical. He even financially supported me on two mission trips . He is very knowledgeable in his trade I think the best. He always remembers names of my family members and events that he ask me about even when I haven’t seen him in years. I think Dr Garner is not only an excellent orthodontist he is a very special man who I can also call my friend. I would recommend anybody to Dr Garner especially if you are in a difficult situation with your teeth. The staff at his office are so friendly and it is a happy place to be. Kurt Franck

Dr. Garner is OUTSTANDING with my special needs son. I would have never thought he would have been able to tolerate the orthodontist, but Dr. Garner made it possible. I wish that all specialists were as flexible with special needs. Susie is excellent too!!!

I have been with Dr. Gardner and Suzy for about 7+ years. Was able to change my original orthodontist to White Greer Maggard to still be with them. Was welcomed with open arms from all staff!! I had a problem with my fixed retainer and they got me in a short amount of time. Suzy repaired it with absolutely no problems! I am proud to be a patient with this practice! Highly recommend!

I’d give Dr. Tom Garner and Susie 10 stars if I could. I’ve been seeing them since 2015 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Garner and his staff have been wonderful to my family! Five of us have had braces or Invisalign over the past several years. They have been so accommodating with our schedules, professional and friendly. I couldn’t be more pleased with their practice!

I have been coming here since I was in 8th grade and they do a great job! They put my braces on and permanent retainer. Dr. Gardner has remade my retainer when it broke off. I also have implants and the doctors have done a great job when I come for appointments and check ups. I would highly recommend coming here!

My 2nd go-around with braces because, well, I’m hard headed.🙄 But I couldn’t imagine getting serviced by any other orthodontist than White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics. The care and enthusiasm from the staff is unmatched! Happy to spend all of my coins there. If you’re looking to improve your smile, give them a try. You won’t regret it! It’s never too late to improve your smile, unless however, you have no teeth 🫢
