I had a great experience here. Erica took great care of me and made me feel very welcomed and respected. I have a lot of issues with my teeth so it was nice to be in a place where I didn’t feel judged. Thank you Erica for your awesome service and friendly attitude! It doesn’t go unnoticed!

Waited for 45 minutes after scheduled appointment before being seen. X-rays taken and told more were needed and when ‘room’ was available they would get me. Sat in chair for cleaning and some man walks in and begins polishing my teeth (very rough and hard). I asked if he was going to do a cleaning and he mumbled something then applied some fluoride, again roughly then said bye and pointed to the hallway. I will never go back. The place is dirty and lobby overflowing…

This place was super unprofessional the x ray tech was super rude, music was blasting then all of a sudden when i got to the chair no one was around every one disappeared. Do not believe any five star reviews i got a card from the tech practically bribing me for a 5 star for a free whitening service. When i didn’t pull my phone out right away to do so she got angry. I felt so uncomfortable i left with no services done.

My experience at the Poway office has been very pleasant. The staff serves a larger volume of patients and juggles the schedule the best they possibly can. After a full mouth examination, the dentist explained everything in a friendly, and professional manner. The entire staff is great! My whole experience being treated has been comfortable. We are blessed to have dentists that provide professional services at lower costs than most. I really don’t mind if I have to wait past the exact appointment time to be seen by a dentist who is providing me the best possible care at the best possible cost. They do a good job coordinating each individual’s needs.
