I recently switched to this dental office for myself and my family after receiving a recommendation and reading numerous positive reviews. The office is excellent, and the service is consistently professional. Dr. Carpenter is outstanding, providing top-notch care and making each visit a great experience.

Very experienced doctor who pointed out the mistake of my (former) primary dentist to preserve my tooth as much as possible! Communication with the front desk is extremely smooth, and the doctor is willing to listen and address my concerns, which shouldn't be taken for granted because some doctors might only want to address their concerns to make perfect patients. Highly recommend!

This office has been providing our dental care for over 30 years because they are extremely skilled at what they do, very honest, and we trust them completely - as dentists and as a business. Between my husband and me (and our two adult children as they grew up), we’ve had almost every possible dental procedure imaginable, including orthodontia, tooth extractions, a dental implant, and a late Sunday night dental emergency where both Dr. Collado and Dr. Carpenter met us at the office - just an example of the personal care they provide. The entire office is so professional and caring, from the front office, the hygienists, the dental assistants to, of course, the dentists. I, personally, am so comfortable and relaxed here that I have slept through a root canal! If you’re looking for a dentist who will take care of you and your family, provide the care you need with no unnecessary upselling, will treat you with kindness and respect, I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

Really a great dentist. I have been going to Dr. Carpenter for the past year after he was recommended to me by my brother. I have to say that I am glad that we have found him. He and his staff are kind, courteous, gentle and honest, with none of the “upselling” that I have found with other dentists. Dr. Carpenter will take the time to explain what needs to be done (if anything) and always gives the options for treatment plans. After my previous dentist retired, I tried many others, and Carmel Mountain Ranch Dental Care is the place I was searching for. If you are looking for a new dentist, give them a try, you will be happy with them.
