I went in about a broken tooth . First day all they did was x rays and that’s it . Didn’t care I was in pain! Appointment 2weeks later root canal and filled it with some white stuff because they didn’t have a temporary crown . Appointment in another 2 weeks grind off the white stuff and put in temporary crown and make the mold for the crown . Appointment in another 2 weeks ,went in 3 weeks later because I can’t keep missing work and they didn’t have the permanent crown they told me they were going to call me when the crown comes in . Two months pass by no call , I received a message from western dental but not from the dentist office to make an appointment for the doctor recommended procedure. I made the appointment and that day they didn’t have my crown made another mold and the temporary crown had a hole and they just put the old temporary crown with the hole . It fell off like 2 days later when I was eating almost swallowed it . Appointment 2 weeks later Went in for the permanent crown finally it was there . Got the permanent crown and dentist didn’t fit it right . When the anesthesia effect was gone I tried to eat and the crown was grinding on my other tooth couldn’t close my mouth right couldn’t eat nothing the rest of the day and couldn’t sleep that night from not being able to close my mouth right because my tooth would grind on the other tooth . Went in first thing next morning to get it fix got it some what fixed it’s not 100% but I’ll just change dentist and get it done right .they are just making me loose work days and charge the insurance for every visit when they don’t do their job right . I was reading some feedback and I didn’t believed what they said but they were right .that place need a good cleaning most of the walls are dirty and makes you wonder if it’s sanitary to be a dentist office . Worst experience ever

Customer service was, the I don't care attitude the young lady at the window with the glasses no name tag, was very arrogant, with her service, and the hygienist was very slow we were there for 2 hour and 45 minutes, and still no one called my brother name, and the hygienist went to lunch, and we were scheduled 11:30 appointment, thoes female attitude need to get readjusted, and while spraying lysol was affensove, to some one who could not help them self and was handicap, bad for business,
