They got me into the chair quick, I didn't wait in the chair long and they were very nice. Very proficient, courteous, and good at what they do. They had me laughing the whole time and still got me finished pretty quickly. On a scale of one to ten, they were the closest to ten that I would ever rate a dentistry. Awesome experience. ?

Service is great. However, the wait time never improves. If your appointment is at 10 you’ll be seen at 10:30-10:40. Then they’ll get your xray done, and once you get into the room be prepared to wait another 20-30 minutes to see the dentist. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a teen & wait time need to be improve.

The doctor herself is extremely nice and does efficient work, but I don’t know if it’s the system but they’re extremely slow. I don’t care what time your appointment is. You’re always gonna be there at least 2 1/half hours , the doctor herself is pretty good, but their service is extremely slow and inconveniencing after I’ve had to reschedule my appointment at least three different occasions because I have appointment set for a certain time and then I happen to look at my watch and we’ve gone two hours past initial time, the doctor herself is pretty good, but their service is extremely slow and inconveniencing !!!!!!!!!

I’ve never left any kind of review before but o had to go after filling came out and my insurance hadn’t started yet of course, was billed and charged total sale price $415, after procedure was told I was overcharged and given a new installment contract for total sale price for $299, signed and left. It was a lot of money especially considering I lost work and struggling financially. After 90 days and no refund I call and was told by the representative that there was nothing put in for a refund. So he said he put in a note and I would receive a callback within 72 hours. Nothing. So I call again, told again I’d get a call in 72 hours and again nothing. So I go in today and told I wasn’t overcharged and I would not be getting my refund. She just kept telling me how much the procedure cost and how much the plan costs and that’s how much I paid. Don’t understand why then I was told I was overcharged and given documents stating the charges. I get charged $415 on the installment contract and then given the same document stating sale price is $299 and having me sign them and I would get a refund but I’m not getting a refund? Why tell me that and even give me the document to sign for a $299 charge then? So I guess make sure you’re getting charged the exact correct amount.

I am so excited about my brand new soft partials (without the metal) & now both upper & lower ones.(I don't have any molars and I guess my olde Dentist didn't feel I needed them) After a lot of disappointments and let downs, I finally had to change Dentist offices as my previous one just did not care nor pride himself on restoring our (his patient's) quality of life plus my greatest quality that I was often complimented on plus gained professional acting work in Hollywood film & TV shows with. What a major difference Western Dental Coliseum has made within me and in all aspects of my life.as I look to soon return to work as both a Bartender & Union Actor, I hope and pray without ceasing! Thanks Western Dental, I will always appreciate you all for treating me with care, kindness and ongoing support.

During my first visit, the doctor saw me for only 5 minutes, this happened 3 hours after my appt time and I received No cleaning 🧽 services. This week I went in for cleaning 🧼 & it was over one hour, and I still did Not receive services, so I told the receptionist & left… My wife went in and was seen 2 hours after her scheduled time, and she was only there to pick up an item which took 1 minute to give to her. **Very important** I rechecked the office Billing reps handwritten total and I calculated (3 times), then confirmed ✅ with my Insurance that the office had overcharged $1,521 for services that were Covered or deemed “No Cost” 💵 by my insurance. Many customers were complaining and some left because their wait had been 3 hours, long!! ****Bad Business Practices and Poor Customer Service. ****

Mostly woman 1 elder male dentist and not only nice but did great job inmy root canals informative 👏 &efficient professional my grade for the Day was 4
