Customer Reviews
Do NOT go here. I have never left a one star review before but this is a time where I feel me not speaking out about my experience here would make others go through the same thing I did. I had gone to this dentist several times and upon my most recent visit my insurance was unchanged. They asked for my insurance going in (again unchanged and active). They eventually get me to the chair for my annual exam (included in my insurance) and the dentist informs me I have THREE cavities. I take very good care of my teeth so this was surprising to me but I thought “they’re the specialist” and roll with it. Dentist leaves and I’m informed they’re having issues and I need to leave (super weird). So I leave mid appointment thinking I have 3 untreated cavities. I go to a different dentist. They tell me my teeth are in excellent condition and in fact they need to repair a previous filling this dentist had done. A month later I receive a bill for over $1,000 from this dentistry. It was for the full appointment with no insurance AND for a cleaning I never got. I go into the office and explain this. They say my insurance was input improperly, so I have them scan it again and email it. I get the same bill a month later. I call again, and my insurance had once again been input wrong. I keep calling trying to get this fixed and basically am just told “it’s processing” and eventually they stop returning my calls. So I call the debt collector and mention a lawyer so they finally call back and reduce the price. I explain my insurance should’ve covered it all but they say they can’t do that. I leave messages for customer service, no response. It has now been nearly a year and I finally gave in and paid the remaining amount. Absolute nightmare experience. Don’t go to this dentist.
This is a really good dentist, all staff are exceptional. However, I must say I have continuously been served by one of the receptionist her name is Marisol. ( hope I spelt it right) And she has been an absolute joy to be served by. She is polite. She’s kind she’s understanding and she’s very patient. She’s very open and she approaches her role with the most immense respect and for that she continuously keeps giving me a pleasant service.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I NEVER write bad reviews, but with this place how could I not. I felt like such a number/ dollar sign to these people and not a human. The X-ray person was rude and didn’t explain anything to me. When I went in for my exam the “dentist” made me feel horrible and gross because I apparently had 13 cavities, needed a shot into my roots for antibiotics, and needed a crown. (went to another dentist and I have nothing wrong and need absolutely no work!) They wanted to charge me $3,500+. I walked out after they told me that and they could do it all in the same day. You are nothing more than a dollar sign to these people. They should really add “professional scam artist” to their resumes.
Get there 15 minutes early and they make you wait two hours. Get there 5 minutes past your appointment and they say the doctor just left. It constantly plays out like that. I had the reschedule my appointment due to hurricane Hilary and they will make sure to let you know that they “accommodated” you. Had to reschedule due to the line fire and again, they make sure to let you know they “accommodated” you. Point is, they will definitely make you feel like you’re just being a burden. I got there 15 minutes early and they saw me an hour later and told me they took long to see me because I was late. Lmao
Highly recommend this dental office!! The staff in front are incredibly friendly. Erick at the front desk was very patient with rescheduling me last minute (a few times) and The hygienist I ended up seeing was welcoming and did SUCH A GREAT JOB! If you visit, ask for them they will 100% take care of you and the other staff will have no problem answering any of your questions.
I came in for an 8 AM appointment for my two-year-old &, I showed up about 10 minutes late, but that’s OK because they have a 15 minute grace Period.. My two-year-old tends to have a difficult time with people just checking her mouth, but she did her best and the staff was so understanding & Amazing and extremely patient. They did very well with the cleaning and it was super fast She got a cool Oral-B electric toothbrush afterwards And then we were given extra regular toothbrushes, floss & toothpaste for the whole family too We were out of the office by 9 AM with new appointments set for the whole family. It was a great Saturday morning . It was a very fast experience.
My daughters and I love this place because they are always so welcoming, so kind, gentle with my girls and the doctors are very careful when doing any work on my daughters. The staff for my experience is very friendly. I’ve been here since I was little and now I bring my daughters and so happy to do so! Best dental office. Thank you to all the staff and the doctors that take care and are careful with my kids.
Staff are super friendly. The Dr (I forgot to get his name) that saw me was super gentle and kind. He noticed I was nervous and kindly told me to relax and it was okay. The dental assistants were all super kind and gentle too. I had to take my piercings off and the girl even tried to help me it was super cute! Lol even the treatment coordinator was sweet and understanding. Definitely coming back and hoping they’re all there for my next check up.
Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I went for my new patient appoint at 945am reaching 15 mins early. They made me wait for 45 mins to get the X-rays and then another 2.5 hours to get to the physician. During the intervening period, I checked multiple times with the front desk and the response was waiting for a room. After almost 3 hours since I arrived, they sent me to the room where I was made to wait another 45 mins. The doctor spent 2 mins reviewing and then left. I told the junior doctor I have to leave since I have been waiting for over 4 hours. They didn’t even bother to apologize or call back to reschedule.
