Office staff is great; however, they have a constant rotation of hygienists and dentists so you never see the same person twice. Experience is highly varied based on who happens to be there at that time. I’ve had some good experiences, but the negative experiences outnumber the positive ones.

Our experience at WellSmiles was exceptional, especially for my 4-year-old son.The staff were friendly and patient, which put my son feel at ease.Dr. Tran is fantastic with children. He explained everything in a way that was easy for my son to understand, and made sure he was comfortablethroughout the check-up.Overall, I highly recommend Well Smiles for families. They truly understand how to make dental visits enjoyable and stress-free for kids, which as a parent is invaluable. We will definitely be returning for our next check-up!"

Absolute scam.After being quoted a substantial price (and paying it) for a dental implant, being upsold on services which had nothing to do with the implant - I was then told I would have to pay more to have the crown fitted. This was never discussed in my treatment plan and at no time was I told there would be additional costs. If they'd have asked for this up front as part of my treatment plan, I'd have paid it.But these were completely new and undiscussed charges - a total surprise.To add insult to injury, when I arrived at my appointment I was told my parking would be validated "when I paid."If these jokers sold boats, they'd sell you a sailboat and then tell you a month later that the sail is extra. And all sales on the boat are final.I'm going to find an honest dentist to finish the work.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am in Texas visiting a family and had an issue with a filling falling out of my tooth. Was so extremely thankful to find Dr. Tran and his incredible staff that fit me into their schedule immediately and took care of my issue completely. Everyone in his office was so, kind and helpful and Dr. Tran is remarkable. I told him if I lived in this area I would tell everyone I know to go to him for dentistry needs. I’m thankful to share this review. I give Dr. Tran and his staff and Office an A+ for job well done on my behalf. I thank the Lord for leading me to this office. It was a great experience, even though it was an unexpected situation being from out of town. I highly I would highly recommend Dr Tran and Well Smiles Dental!

Q did am amazing job in my cleaning. It was fast and gentle. He was patient despite my extreme sensitivity. Clean teeth happy patient.
