My first time brought my kids here with Dr. Tam. He is so friendly and giving us professional services and advice, we had an excellent experience here, we also like the extremely clean environment and the great staff here!

Undoubtedly the best dental care! It is always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted with a warm smile by the amazing staff. Every visit feels like visiting friends. Dr. Tam is an honest, very patient-friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward dentist. My family has been cared for 17 years and we are treated like family. It is a relief to have a dentist/friend with such great integrity. I cannot thank them enough – If you are looking for a new dentist I recommend him 100% ! Adriana Moreira

My family of four have been seeing Dr Tam for 6 or 7 years now. Honestly, you could not find a friendlier group, who clearly love where they work and what they are doing. I feel like a happier person every time I leave this office, like the world just got rosier. I don't want to get into personal health details too much, but Dr Tam is my hero today and I wish I could find a family care Doctor who was so friendly, competent and eager to help their patients optimize their health. Dr Tam's office has handled the pandemic beyond anything you could imagine - family care doctors could learn more than a thing or two from him, on how to continue to provide un-compromised care, even through a pandemic. Received a warm welcome upon entering the Dental office. Asked questions about my well being taking blood pressure and temperature. I was taken in right away and my procedure was done with no discomfort and with ease. Happy with the outcome and would recommend this Dental office to my friends and family.

Just had my first visit to this dental office after making a transfer. The staff was very friendly. The office was very clean with a nice new modern feel. Given the pandemic going on I felt very safe here with how clean the office was and all staff was following health guidelines. After only one visit here I feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend waterdown dental!!
