This place is a joke. I was scheduled for a root canal on March 25th. I was told that I'd be done within an hour. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before even getting called back. I was informed that it would be another hour before I'd be done with the root canal. I told them that won't work, I'll have to reschedule. Fast forward to today(the rescheduled date). I got a call asking if I could show up an hour earlier than my appointment time, and I agreed to it. I arrive, and they take me right back(off to a better start than last time). The dentist comes in, numbs my tooth, and tells me that he will be back shortly..... 1.5 hours later, I go to the front desk to tell the receptionist that I'm leaving. Yep, the dentist never came back in.

Me and my husband were referred to this office by our insurance and I have never seen a dental office and dentist so unprofessional before. The dentist’s (Dr.Irani) hand shake and she can’t keep steady during procedures. The infection control protocol is not followed by this office so if you don’t have an infection you will definitely get one here. The dentist is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t communicate well with patients and then blames it on patients. I asked the dentist if they have a hygienist and she said she does her own cleanings and if I don’t want to get my cleaning done by her (Dr.Irani) she is not going to complete the exam and I should see another provider. The office is very old, unhygienic very disorganized. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I give it zero star if I could!

WARNING!! DO NOT EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACEThis dentist, Dr. Irani, filled a cavity I had on my left side and during the procedure, had to pull her hand out and wait for a minute or 2 because her hand was shaking so much. When I looked at her she did not seem surprised in the slightest, she just chuckled at me and said we just have to wait a minute…. I would not have consented to the filling had I known that her motor skills were compromised. No surprise, my cavity filling goes completely wrong and I’m in agonizing pain for weeks. I thought maybe my tooth was still hypersensitive from the filling but 3 1/2 weeks is too long to still feel this way so I went back to the office to ask her what was going on and for a referral to an endodontist. Her x ray technician takes some scans and says “okay your good you can go”?? I said go? I haven’t even seen the dentist yet, I need to speak with her and I won’t leave until I do, she said okay. I waited in the X-ray room for 45 minutes for Dr. Irani to come in and completely gaslight me. When I told her of my pain she said, “Well have you tried chewing on that side?” I said yes of course, but I know fillings should not be causing agonizing pain like this after weeks, I told her something else was going. Every time I would speak or tell her more symptoms she would become more condescending, finding dumber ways to say that I just needed to chew on that side to make it better. There is no way Dr. Irani should still be practicing. Please learn from my mistake and go to another dentistry.

I Really Really Like and Appreciate This Great Dentist Dr.Irani!!She fixed a tooth that every other Dentist wanted to pull.She is Wonderful also Very Nice.
