Hi, I experienced what I wish I can get with all my services; Pleasant and professional greeting and ending on my first visit, appeared clean and sanitary, prepared me for the process, it went much, much better than this nervous person anticipated, Thankfully they were understanding and made the whole process go well! I would recommend a person see them at least once. When you can get quality goods/services and courteous customer service from all involved and the other has the ability to pay or compensate, then everyone will be Happy 😊 That happened here with me so again, why can't I get this everywhere?🤔 Thanks to the staff😊

I called this afternoon after going to a different office and calling 3 other places to get my 7 year old seen for a tooth ache. I called at 12:40 pm. My baby seen at 2pm and was able to have an examination, cleaning, baby root canal and was out by 330. The Dr didn’t really have time to do the work on my daughter but was able to squeeze her in. I never felt rushed or felt like they were being inconvenienced. I wish I’d gotten the names of everyone but every staff member was very welcoming, kind and accommodating. This will definitely be our new dental office.

Dr. Charara is an amazing doctor that is very knowledgeable and cares about your oral health. He had to do a root canal on me, talked me through the whole process before and even during the procedure. He made me feel super comfortable and it was a pain free procedure! I would trust him with any work that has to be done on me or my family in the future. His assistant Bobbi was super sweet and also was very knowledgeable. The hygienist Jenny is phenomenal and does a great job cleaning your teeth and taking care of your needs. This dentist office takes pride in their work and cares about their patients!

Dr. Charara, I had an incredible experience at this dental office! The service was amazingly fast, and I truly felt like they saved my life. I was broke, but the dentist accommodated my situation without judgment, which meant so much to me. They offer the best prices in the city, which is a huge plus. The entire staff, from the front desk to the assistants, was friendly and genuinely caring. I was a nervous wreck and terrified of needles, but the dentist was not only professional but also had a great sense of humor, checking in on my comfort every few minutes. I really appreciated the empathy and reassurance throughout my visit. Plus, I left with a thoughtful goody bag! Overall, I felt respected and well cared for. Highly recommend! I live in Arizona and I will fly the 3 thousand miles every time just to be treated by the staff. Thank you!

Truly a wonderful place! The office is clean, and the staff is very polite. They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable. The best experience I've ever had at a dentist. I had 3 teeth extracted, a root canal and crown done. I experienced no pain during or after the procedures. The work was excellent! I am Truly exciting to go back! A hidden gem that is concerned more about your oral health and comfort than any other place I've been to.
