Excellent and seamless experience today for this veteran! Thanks to Dr. Kessler and crew for assisting with much needed dental work under your Veterans Day special. You guys are truly the definition of Selfless Service and I will recommend to friends, family and fellow veterans.

I came here because they were giving free cleanings for veterans. I haven't been to the dentist in over 2 years so I was nervous but the service I received here was incredible. Detailed, VERY thorough. I will definitely be back.

Edit: Kessler just responded to me and said that I'm not a valid patient and decided to write the completely fake description that my negative review may be due to "collections" or wanting drugs or something. Absolutely appalling response. This was 6 years ago and he decided to respond today. Fortunately, I keep records to show. I am attaching a picture of my patient email and confirmation of my new patient setup before I went in 2018. Also, because he decided to respond like this; let me just add, Kessler wanted to root canal a dozen of my teeth and told me that because they were not "responsive" to cold q-tips, the roots were dead. I came to Kessler because I had read good reviews about Kessler and Kulb. Unfortunately, Kessler was very nervous when speaking with me. He would not look me in the eyes, stuttered over his words, and seemed very rushed. Typically, Dentists I have visited sit next to me and slowly talk to me and examine my teeth closely. Kessler stood at a distance by the door standing over me speaking quickly. My exam felt rushed and I was unsure what was actually going on beyond a ton of X-Rays and freezing cold stuff being held to my teeth. Kessler seemed like he had little time for me and his assistants seemed overwhelmed they were so busy. He ended up telling me he would have to root canal many of my teeth. My dental assistant seemed like she was running back and forth rapidly and beyond making light conversation I was incredibly uncomfortable. By the time they had me pushed towards the door I was receiving a bill and treatment plan for a root canal and crown for a tooth they had told me was a cavity. Overall, I was shocked that my experience didn't even come close to what the reviews say. I won't be back.
