University Ave Dental

Went here once and that was more than enough. I've never been to a dental office more confused than this office. They refereed me to their sister office and no one had any idea what I was there for. They took the wrong scan, plus never sent the scan to be reviewed, never put together a treatment plan for my insurance, than billed my insurance without a dentist name so it was paid as out of network. After almost 3 weeks of back and forth I found a new dentist. Submitted my release form, and they said my scan never saved!! Lol Run from this place!!

I had some fillings and a crown done at University Ave. Dental recently and was extremely happy with the whole process. I have been to many dentists and dental clinics in the twin cities over the years and I can say the personnel and the dentists are exceptional. Dr Brendan Reich is one of the best in my opinion. He took time to alleviate my fears and answered all my questions with patience. He did an excellent job with my fillings and crown, exhibiting great skill and professionalism. I think he is great at what he does.I am extremely happy with the results. I am also impressed with the competent way the Insurance and fees were handled by Morgan who is the office manager, so I was not left to figure things on my own. Stephanie at the front desk and Valentyna the dental assistant are very nice and greet you warmly and make one feel comfortable and informed. What can I say, I had one of the best experiences and thus was compelled to write this review. The same day crowns and the attention to quality, aesthetics, Dr Reich’s expertise is superb!

Great staff!! Quality dental care and they treat me like I'm royalty. Dentist clearly explains everything and so does the dental hygienists. They take the necessary time to make sure I'm nice and healthy.

I was greeted with friendly faces and smiles. Everybody was so nice and helpful. The experience with the dentist was absolutely amazing and I made this my primary dentist office. Thank all of you for making my day easy and pain free.

Great care, great atmosphere and customer service! My daughter is nervous when it comes to the dentist and they are super reassuring and patient with her. I highly recommend this place!
