I'd give this place 6 stars if I could! What an amazing team of genuine, caring, and honest people! Amy was fantastic with prioritizing my needs above what I thought I needed and worked with me to finance all the work needed. Dr. Burton is like an old friend and expertly provides exemplary care. I'm very glad to have found a dental office like this!

This was the best dental care I ever received. The dentist was able to tell that I had extra bone in my mouth. He was able to fix bone and fit me properly for dentures. My previous dentist made me dentures that never fit. All of the staff in this office were excellent. I highly recommend them. Thank you for giving me my smile back.

Horrible! The worst place I've ever been to. First appointment went great. All smiles. All nice, ever since, every time I went there for adjustments felt rushed, my last adjustment they cut off the wrong part of my denture. Didn't even make adjustments to the part I complained about. Went back to get it fixed. Had words with the manager now they were refusing to fix it. The doctor got very vocal with myself and my husband stormed off throwing his hand up in the air saying speak to the manager. The manager (Amy) refused to listen to anything I had to say or complain of. She said her staff told me this is what it is so that's what it is. I am currently seeking a lawyer and I am currently putting a formal complaint out on manager Amy and Dr. kevin. The most ignorant two people I've ever met in my life. To top it off, when my temporary plates first arrived, they were missing a tooth. Had to send it back and wait another 3 weeks. So 6 weeks total before I received my dentures. Wether or not they are my temporary plates I paid for them. They will be my backups and should fit perfect the way they did before assistant Brooke decided to go cutting big pieces off. I never complained of needing anything cut. Just smoothed and sanded slightly to make room under my tongue cause it was causing a blister. Under my tongue. Not the front of my mouth. $6,200 paid in full. Still don't have adjustments completed correctly on temporary plates, unable to do bite impression with temporary plate so how am I supposed to get permanent plates that I paid for already? This place is the absolute worst. The staff are arrogant and stupid. They don't pay attention and don't give you the time of day. Assistant Addy is very nice though. Everyone else need some serious attitude adjustments and need to step up and accept blame where it is due.

Universal Dentistry was amazing. I was extremely pleased and impressed with their customer service. Not only were the staff extremely kind, they were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Universal Dentistry was able to provide me with the care I needed. I highly recommend Universal Dentistry for anyone in need of dental services !

A very comfortable place to visit for all dental needs. Had a root canal and it was a very easy visit where I was informed and instructed every step of the way. It was a great experience.
