Universal Dental of Elgin

Had a great cleaning. Staff are always friendly. Dr. Susie is an awesome dentist. Best I ever had. Love this place.

I had two dental implants with Dr. Ramaha, it was a long journey, I started the procedure in Oct, 2023, the final stage putting the crown was done around June 2024. It took 8 mos. Bec the dentist just go to this Elgin clinic once an mos. Spending a couple of thousands, after a week, one of the implant fell off ( it's a good thing I did not swallow it) The second implant fell off on the third week.I have to wait more than a mos. to see the dentist. I'm a practicing Psychiatrist, my comment, when they put the final crown it was an assistant. The dentist did not bother to check the implant. Now this is the 10th mos. of this journey. Then you will see ad that offer dental implant in 24 hours.

Their treatment procedures plans are misleading, they completed one plan and fail to explained it required other procedures to be completed thus costing more that mention mentioned, they had issues with faulty x-ray equipment.

Will get the job done just not the best or most knowledgeable. Front desk lady is super nice and helpful though!!

I would highly recommend Universal Dental of Elgin to everyone. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly smiles, ready to help me. Dr. Suzi took very good care of me. After examining the tooth and exray, Dr.Suzi thoroughly explained my options. She took her time and made sure I understood them.
