Clean, efficient, accommodating -all staff are friendly and easy to talk with- I especially thought the front desk was patient, informative and kind! All dental assistants I had contact with seemed happy to be at work and were enjoyable to be around. I have had pain for over 9 mos , which was not improving with care from another dentist- After 2.5 weeks my issue is resolved andit is such a relief to be pain free-!!Thank you Dr Jacobson! Overall it was reassuring to be treated like an individual. Also the Halloween decorations are awesome.

Being away from a dentist for far too many years; I did not know what to expect. From walking into the office to leaving after the appointment was superb. Calmness and soothing are best used to describe this Dental office. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Dr. Jacobson is an excellent dentist. He has a kindness and gentleness as he explains what needs to be done. He is a humble and skilled dentist. Highly recommend him and his staff working with him.

2LD has always bent over backwards to accommodate me. I was very pleased with my braces and enjoyed excellent results. Everyone is very nice and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them. Great experience at my appointment. Dr. Mark was great and enjoyed him explaining everything he was doing. Much appreciated. His assistant was very nice. Mary at the front desk was nice as well. My teeth feel good! Much appreciated.

Besides the high-tech atmosphere of this office, the practice leaves a lot to be desired. As patients here for a few years, we have experienced frequent rescheduling at the last minute but no offering of a make up appointment (our children’s appointments were made 6 months ago, cancelled by the practice close to the appointment time, and then not offered rescheduling until 4+ months later). They get understandably upset if you are late but make no apologies when they make you wait. They also engage in a kind of schedule gaslighting: when I arrived for my check-up at the scheduled time I was told this was not the correct time. When I checked the 3 (3!) reminder texts they had started sending me 2 (2!) weeks in advance, I found out that my calendar was correct and they admitted leaving a voicemail sometime after I confirmed to change my appointment time to suit the practice’s needs. The dentist’s bedside manner is nonexistent, and interactions are very awkward. Add this to the fact that they try to require you keep a credit card on file so they can charge it at will, and I’m just over this place entirely.

I had a new hygienist today, Lauren, who was so thorough and kind at the same time. She had wonderful recommendations for me. I want to say also just because Dr. J is soft-spoken doesn’t mean he has no bedside manner. He is humble and caring, and an excellent dentist. I have been very pleased with the dental care I have received here over the last 10 years.

I'm very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Jacobson. While staying with my daughter, I developed an acute dental issue. I called the office to explain and asked if Dr Jacobsen would be able to see me. The office staff couldn't have been more pleasant. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by the positive, helpful staff including Barbora who, almost immediately, went to work. Dr Jacobsen put me at ease with his gentle, confident care and clear understanding of the situation. I arrived anxious and worried but left feeling well cared for by an exceptional team and Dr Jacobson. I am thankful for you!

Everything at Two Lights Dental works like a well oiled machine- my experiences here have been fabulous-Dr. Jacobson has advocated for me on numerous occasions, including a dental implant on my front tooth- I was very nervous bit very happy with the result- highly recommend Two Lights Dental
