Town Dental - Excelsior

Hygienist started out by using the pic. I had to ask her to use the water pic to clean my teeth. I also wanted another appointment for this year because this appointment was two months late so since I get to appointments on my insurance, I asked for something in December and she said they were all booked up, I may just look for the scheduling for this hasn’t been great

Dr Johnson was able to assess my issue based on existing X-rays w/o another appt. Scheduled the root canal a few weeks later. Dr Johnson provided clear explanation and expectations. Procedure was considerably less than a specialist (I don’t have dental ins). One day later, no issues or pain!

The employees are friendly and courteous, and the facility is always clean. The dental tech was courteous and thorough with my dental cleaning appointment and a follow-up examination with the dentist.

My experience with Dr Bevis and Katie was simply outstanding. Their competence concern for me as a patient exceeds any prior dental experience. As an out of state emergency patient, my situation was handled promptly in a professional, manner. The tooth extraction procedure was efficient, sensitive and completed to include comprehensive pre and post care instructions. Thank you for a low stress experience.
