I usually don’t post any reviews unless I had a really good or a really bad experience. This place was amazing, everyone was so friendly, The doctor and the personal were all so professional. I really want to say that Carol at the front desk gives an amazing customer service. She was not only friendly, but also helpful since the first time I contacted her to make an appointment. I do recommend this place for anyone looking into finding a good dental office.

Best dentist I've ever had. She is so sweet and calming, her personality is above any. I'm 60 and been through at least 7 dentists in my lifetime. None better

My name is Shaun Randolph and I'm a patient with Autism spectrum disorder. The person who took care of me I believe was Nancy. Haven't been to dentist in a while but from the first time she took my Xrays to today (10/10/24) where I had to get a composite, temporary crown, a deep clean and a filler on a cavity on my front tooth she ensured that I was well taken care of and the process was smooth because of the kind of work that she did. I never got her name in office but had to call back to try to get her name but throughout the whole process of almost 2 hours she took care of me and made sure I was alright and that , combined with her and the doctors hard work I'm confident in my smile more and feel much better about my appearance in relation to that. ai would recommend anyone to this and wanted to thank Nancy again for her care and all her hard work. Keep up the great work and will continue to do business with you and will be sure to refer others to this establishment thanks to her. Thank you again

Hi TFD, I wanted to let you know that my temporary crown came out on its own last night before bed. It seems quite fragile, and a piece of it even broke. I had a similar issue with the last temporary crown, and it also came out on its own. Based on my experience, it seems important for a dentist to oversee this process. Great. The staff are all friendly. My visit was easy, quick, and graceful. It is a pleasure to come to this office! :)

Service is good but I've experienced poor attitude with my dentists. Both times my dentists were rushing me on questions and decision making and when I interrupted to ask a question one of them rolled their eyes and sighed before answering. Edit: Changed to 5 stars; upon returning I was approached by the manager and was assured nothing malicious was intended and she even asked if I was okay from the interaction. Edit 2 (10/01/24): Boy this place has been a rollercoaster of emotions. I just got off the phone with someone that said they were the manager. I explained I had an emergency call from the government and had to reschedule. I asked for them to waive the cancellation even though it was a reschedule, they refused. The kicker is that this was something they scheduled without my permission. If it was just a cleaning we wouldn't be having this issue but they scheduled fillings.
